In this unbalanced Tower Defense, protect your master campfire from evil boat-riding fire extinguishers with your little campfires.

Be careful, your FIYA POWA (the only resource of the game) diminishes over time and when you place towers.

Controls:

  • Hold Tab to display towers stats
  • Left Click to place a regular tower
  • Shift + Left Click to place a more powerful tower

I like seeing wacky concepts from time to time and this game definitely qualifies for that definition. I would like to see a different level, since this one can be beat by simply spamming towers on the central island.
I would say for a one person jam game this is pretty good.

Err ... I definitely suck at this game, but it is a fun and somewhat unique experience to tremble in fear because of fire extinguishers
I kinda like tower defense games although I'm not good at them at all.
As Ugghmaster said, different levels would have added to the game.
But I also think this game is pretty solid

pretty cool little game! It felt a bit too easy and you don't really have many options. Would like to see more content but overall the game is cute and feels nice.

Fun game, good job. Would have liked to see different towers, more levels etc, but for a jam game it plays very well.

Haha, I liked the game, and the concept. Actually was looking forward to a continuation after the level was done. And didn't get that logic about refilling the camp fire energy at first, won in the first game, but lost the second. So, having more maps, a bit more smart AI, and this game will keep people playing for quite some time !

I loved it. Very nice concept, more campfire variations would be nice too! (like fast-depleting campfire for ex)

The fact that building "defensive fires" cost some of the "tower fire" and will eventually disappear makes for an interesting twist on the traditional tower defense gameplay. As it is now, the game feels a bit simple, but I understand that it's very hard to balance everything, especially during a game jam. Hope you had fun !

It's pretty basic, i'd like more towers and ennemies because the game is very repetetive

The sinking animation looks really good and I like the humorous setting. Gameplay-wise it is way to easy though.

Great job!

Gwyn makes nice noise when it is happy :fire:
The game is simple and quick to understand. The "only one ressource" + timed towers are very nice ideas.
I liked the length of the game.

As you said, the game is quite unbalanced, and would benefit a lot if you had more time to put on this aspect!

Thanks for the game.

The first try: I clicked without thinking and then won.

The second try: I wanted to protect around campfire and then failed.

Overall It's a good game and could be better

I did it! The timed towers were an interesting twist on the Tower Defense genre. The boats were a bit weird in their pathing - I assumed they would want to go directly to the fire, but they didn't? The graphics are simple but communicate well what everything is.
