Read Steady Non-Stop by Kira Yoshida
Ready Steady Non-Stop is a repeating runner game where the player has to dodge obstacles along a race track, every time they complete the level however, they're made to repeat it and their speed is increased each time.

I had some "bug" though where i would collide with a car even tho i was on the "clear line" but otherwise i did like the pace and concept
The game works and is very intuitive.
The art is nice and the music is really great.
The game becomes very repetitive and easy.
Last LD, my team and I made a very similar game (3 lanes, obstacles to avoid), and used the following trick to make it interesting:
- non random patterns, increasing in difficulty
- semi targeting attacks to force you to move (obstacles that are not in your face are actually useless)
- quick speed increase with a few moments of breathing time
Maybe you could try some of those here!

Separately, it booted up my VR headset but didn't render anything to it. I don't know Unreal, but there might be a project setting to stop that from happening.
