I really loved the intro, very funny all round. Very fun to play especially later on when the challenge picks up.
If you get more time to work on it, it would be cool if the sheep would move away from doggo so that you can kind of guide them around to safety.
@criggles Thank you very much! Actually the sheep should aleady move to the center when doggo barks at them, but either it is not obvious enough or a bug is preventing it :D Maybe I'll look into it later :D I'll check out your game, too! We protectors of sheep must stick together, haha! :D
@mehrdadsh Thank you! I'm glad you liked it :)
Great game, nice artwork, funny soun effects and good replayability.
One thing you could add is different enemies like birds of prey, foxes, kids? These enemies could move at different speeds and give the game a little bit more challenge.
Despite that though, this is a funny game. Those voiceovers are pretty funny and the way the sheep bounce around is really cute ^^
Would be nice with some visual feedback that barking at the wolves is working, but this is a solid compo entry ^^
@svenerik @dandala88 Yeah, the collisions are not perfect, I know :D But I ran out of time, before I could fix the issue :D
@lt-farfetchd Yes, the barking stops all wolves that are in your radius. Sorry that it's a bit unclear how it works. I tried to show, that you successfully barked away a wolf, by turning the wolf away as soon as it is hit by your bark.
@dandala88 Yeah, I recorded the voice overs and edited them with audacity :D
@svenerik @ponypen Yeah, different enemy typed would have been great, but I already spent one day making the 3D models and animations you see (because I had to learn Blender first :D).
The graphics were impressive for a first time Blender user. I Agree with some of the previous comments, the lack of feedback to let me know I was hitting the wolves made it hard to verify I was having an effect.
There was an interesting challenge added by the sheeps moving, in my case they tended to move into corners, where you have to take extra care of the wolves coming from that direction, that led to some dangerous moments for my little sheeps. Very fun game, great job (especially on also learning Blender during the timespan, that's amazing, I would have never guessed those were your first models/animations from looking at the game)!
