Holy shit that cat is brutal

Came across your entry on the game page today and liked the thumbnail art! Jumped right into the game without reading the directions and immediately was taken out by the cat haha. Cheddar managed to grab me a few times at the start while I was trying to get a feel for the controls, but once I had it down, it was a fun challenge to avoid him. Did take me a few moments to notice the dark spots on the sides were rat holes I could scurry into and it worked well for the theme. Wasnt a fan of the music, but I did understand the vibe you were going for with the gameplay music & death scene music. I hope that other jammers were able to bring home a much more bountiful platter than my sad 3 cheese lol

pretty cool but it took me a while to notice the holes which teleport you maybe that couldve been made more obvious. music was weirdly good too

Really funny game. The music really sells the chaotic atmosphere. Once I figured out you could loop to the other end of the screen and how you can get the cat stuck on the table, I started doing a lot better. My highest score was 28.

This was really fun to play once I figured out those dark blotches were ratholes that transform you to the other side. Yeah, I know, it's written in the instructions, but who reads those? :smile:
Gameplay is very polished and balanced. I got 27 cheese pieces. The protagonists are cute, the environment is nice and the music fits perfectly. Some sound effect when you grab the cheese would be great.
