Pandonteus by Franciszek Pyrć

Story
Pandonteus is a weir boomerang shaped creature that lives in a forest. You want ot help him escape, by solving puzzles and using his... shape. Unfortunately, whenever you throw him, you take a part of his health.

Controls
Controls are pretty simple, but if you feel stuck, then read this: WASD to move and mouse to throw and aim.

Different versions
- Jam broken - the version made at 1am during the jam
- Jam fixed - the version made after the jam, fixing bugs, that were fixed, but were discarded because of git by mistake.

I really like the art style. The music fits the game nicely.
The collision detection and hitboxes could be improved, quite often the boomerang was flying through boxes without destroying them in may playthrough. Also having some sound effects when throwing the boomerang would make the overall audio experience a bit better.
However it's a little bit too buggy (you can go out of the bounds) and I couldn't exit the level with the two fences (is it the end ?)
But with more time spent on the gameplay, I'm sure that it could have been a great game. Well done !
P.S. What was the story of how the "Pandonteus" as a name was born?
Also add a restart button or main menu button (if it was already there it wasnt visible to me, probably UI scaling), because when recording gameplay its easier that way
