Well done! Pretty hard, but this is fine. Wonder if it's fossible to survive longer than 30 secconds :)

Should maybe start off a bit slower and ramp up. Would be cool if there were powerups too

pretty hard and the sound is so loud, but it is fun.

It's a foundation base for a game, but need more variety in weapons/enemies

A bit too hard, would be a lot more rewarding to ramp up the difficulty with time

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I agree it would be better with variety in weapons and enemies and with gradual difficulty increase.

Would be cool if you got upgrades as the game went on. Like better guns. The music is a little....well I had to mute it xD. I think if it's volume was a little lower it would be okay.

Had a little of problems controlling the character, it could be more precise for a game of this genre, and the difficulty curve went up very quickly lol! Nice entry, liked the mood!

@camilo-quintero yeah one of the things I would have liked to do was less glidey movement. Thanks for the feedback!

@tednesday yeah I agree. It's the first time I've added music to a game and the first time I've used musagi. Will hopefully make the sounds more enjoyable next time.

Thanks for all the feedback!

I wish there was a title screen. It's pretty jarring jumping right into the game as soon as it boots.

I was overrun pretty quickly the first few times, but I managed to adjust to the pace with time. The music was a bit too loud, but I understand that advanced options are often get left out when the deadline's coming. That was a great start, bro! Keep it up!

Solid topdown shooter. I did find it a bit hard but that might just be my skill level. Perhaps if it started a bit easier and ramped up over time I would've got used to the rhythm of it. This is a really fun entry, nice one!

A nice top-down shooter! Good job! I like the enemy design. They look creepy enough on their own, but their glitchy movement makes them even creepier. ;)

One tip: if you use Unity sliders as progress bars (like HP bars, in your case), make sure you disable "Interactable" on the Slider component. Right now you can still drag the sliders with your mouse. Fortunately, it doesn't increase the HP value, it just looks weird. If you only want the bar, you can also delete the Handle element.

All in all, it's a nice entry, props for using autofire on the weapon instead of forcing the player to spam the left mouse button. Well done! ;)

Love me some space games. You managed to get it all done in compo timeline! Graphics, sound, music, and a stable, fun game loop. It's hard to do, good job!

Those damn hacker aliens trying to get to my computer! A neat little game that is very hard. Well done for a compo game though!
