It's got good graphics and and a fun concept. The ability to color people was a pretty neat mechanic for trying to find the criminals, and overall the process of finding them was just neat.  My main issues are that the player could be a bit more distinguishable from the crowd, and some of the sprites appear in front of characters when I feel like they shouldn't (like the graffiti being in front of the characters, for instance.) I feel like the method of winning the game I got a bit frustrated over was the code.  I feel like I found the numbers to the code, but no matter how I enter them in it doesn't seem to work.  There's probably just some other clue to the puzzle I'm not considering, but I wouldn't know.  Overall though, great game.
