A competitive trading game for one or two players!

Stuck in a loop of buying and selling, your goal is to make more money than your rival before time runs out. Cycle of Pawmerce is meant to be played with two people (it was designed with the Winnitron arcade machine in mind), but there is also a single player mode where you can go for the high score.

Controls - Gameplay controls can be found in the ingame tutorial - F11: Toggle Fullscreen - Escape: Quit / Return to Title / Skip Tutorial

Graphics are so cute :3. I like design, it looks like a cartoon. And I like that there is an ability of competition in this game, I'll save it and try to play with my friend when I will have time for this

Graphics and sound are awesome. But the controls are very hard to operate on an QWERTZ Keyboard. Flexible controls would have helped it alot.

Everything, from the concept to the final version, looks, sounds and plays amazingly!

I absolutely loved it, and can't say how impressed I am with the result you guys achieved in just 72 hours!
Congrats, and well done!

The graphics are adorable but unfortunately I am unable to play.
I'm using a Portuguese keyboard, which doesn't have a "/" key, instead I would have to press Shift+7 but that doesn't seem to work.
This was a really poor choice of controls, sorry. :(

This looks amazingly polished, loved the music and artstyle, really well done, and including a multiplayer mode is also incredible, keep up the good work <3

@snotax, @mateusboga - Yeah, sorry about that! The control scheme is as it is because we wanted it to be playable on the Winnitron (a locally inspired arcade setup) and those are the Winnitron default controls. Apologies that you didn't get a chance to play!

really nice job on this game. i am usually not a fan of this genre, but the draw of cats on a ship was too much. great artwork, music and coding. awesome game!

The cats are so cute! I had a fun time playing it with my girlfriend, racing around the island and buying an inadvisable number of boots. So many boots.

What an overload of cuteness in the game! I loved everything about the concept and presentation - I have many hours in the Patrician and Port Royale series of games so this felt like a miniature, colorful rendition of the it.
My only small gripes were with the short loop of the otherwise very cool pirate-y music, and the controls..I kept using the wrong buttons! But weirdly, indeed it felt like an arcade game, which was interesting to experience.

Overall, loved the work, and I'd keep an eye on any titles that the team release together. :)

Really good looking game, it felt very polished and smooth to play. The controls were a bit strange but I understand they were made with coop in mind, so it makes sense to distance the two hands as much as possible (button mashing to row faster was an excelent idea).

Very well polished game. Congratz on the entry. Love the music and the art. The control kinda weird with . and / but it check out. You guys should let the port have more than 1-3 items have demand high because all I can see is shoes, diamond and wood (mostly shoes). I offer more choice when buy items at port.
The tutorial at the start of the game is the best, even my game don't have it. Nice job.
Keep up the good work

It is the game I really loved to play! Great job was done here to polish everything. The art and control are cool. But the buttons are strange, maybe it would be cooler to give a player possibility to bind their own buttons)

Great graphics. Nice soundtrack. Feels really polished. The controls are a bit awkward. Especially if you are not using the US layout you have to find out first where the keys are on your keyboard.

Relly worth to play one, art & music is just amazing :D As well should respect an option to play hotseat - quite unusual for the jam games.

What I didn't like is a control scheme, it took quite a while to get used to it. As well amount of goods (considering limited amount of time and no possibility to go in any direction) is I guess too big to find out good strategy.

But overall a really well done one!

This was a great game. Totally felt like a speedrun version of one of my favourite SNES classic games, Uncharted Waters. My inability to use a keyboard was my only downfall as I kept hitting escape to close the port menu

Great submission! Well done team. :)

Great graphics, ver polished GUI and sounds. The music is on point too.
The controls are a bit weird but thanks to the tutorial one can learn how to play. Definitely a great entry, congratulations! :)
