Here you can select tickets with 'x' and the corresponding computers will be indicated on the map ;) Once all the problems are solved on this computer, the ticket will turn green in the tickets view, and you can hit 'x' to remove this ticket.\n\nSometimes, the mouse or the keyboard of the user is unplugged, this is why you can't move on the pc view.
