Lightest Dungeon by gagouman
Third Ludum Dare, first time with Unity and still learning so the scope of the game ended up being smaller than expected, but I think I still ended up with a fun game.
It's a strategy game Darkest Dungeon style, where you control heroes of your kingdom by sending them on different quests to save the princess of the kingdom from her illness. You need to manage their exhaustion, recruit new heroes and upgrade them while keeping your fortune from decreasing.
Tools used - Unity (Engine) - Aseprite (Graphics) - Paint.NET (Graphics) - Bfxr (Audio) - Abundant Music (Music)
How to play Only the mouse is used to play the game, there is an in-game tutorial that will appear when you first start the game.

Edit: Fixed Aspect Ratio bug on smaller screens.

I wouldn't mind having a bigger text font though, but considering it's 5 am here I'm not sure the game is to blame x)

Felt a bit grindy and lacking in variety, but nice to see something a bit more strategic or with RPG elements.
Seemed to be more saving the princess than keeping the princess alive - maybe you could use the princess's health to drive the player to risk more dangerous missions, would also be nice if you had a bit more variation than just pass / fail - maybe get the reward but lose a hero or something like that.
