Who would have thought dragon a hero? We did. Help a magnificient dragon protect his tower, gold and skin by strategically placing various weapons and traps! If he survives he might share a bit of his treasure. Though he probably won't.

Carefully use your resources to keep the pesky heroes away from your dragon friend as they approach his keep in bigger numbers every minute! And don't forget that gold is essential.

Absolutely amazing visuals and music! Would be nice to have a way to sell/delete blocks tho, also a few more sound effects on collisions/building/spawning

Great game! reminded me a lot of plants vs zombies! I love the art style. Perhaps some sounds effects on the projectiles/on hits would be a solid finishing touch. Other then great job!

Overall solid game. The game stuck to the theme flawlessly and was relatively easy to play. The biggest issue I had was the damage to health ration feels off because no matter what I put down the hero's generally survived

Really like the art, and the gameplay is fun but I wish I could sell towers.

Nice art and graphics. I liked the idea of placing gold to make more money. You had to think where to place each item.

Very nice concept. I played fully crafted and finished game and that was cool! I like that cute low rez and low details pixel art, you did not lie, it was crafted with love. Cool concept, simple but balanced and complete mechanics. I wish I could design and prototype games on LD some day. I like that effects when cauldron produces new coins the most. Nice Job, mister!

Very nice game, looks great!

My only issue is the inability to remove anything after it's been placed, made me lose (because I'm bad at clicking where I want)

I played it through the end and it was great! A bit hard at the start because I underestimated the waves but the second time I was prepared! Good job. Great pixel art.

@daxic This is a fun PvZ clone. Feels and plays well! That is a great result for a game jam

What a great game! I'm amazed of how much is in it with so little time. Some particle effects would be a great addition to this, great work.

Brings me back to the good old days of plants vs zombies! Very cool and very challenging!
I found it difficult to place traps on squares with people on it, I assume this is because you need to click on the square itself but the people are in the way.'
Apart from that, I really enjoyed your game! I recon it could be something worth working further on.
