If you continue on with this game, it'd be cool if the expansions could increase your capability (ie, installing a modem allows you do download weapons from a BBS)","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Zombie Virals","author_uid":"1076930","time":"2019-10-08T00:10:58Z","epoch":1570493458,"modified":1570493458,"text":"@shaolin-dave Apologies for not building a Mac version, I had thought about it, but time kind of got away from me. I've actually yet to use a C64, but I plan on getting one as soon as possible. Your idea is amazing by the way for expanding it, I think the game has a ton of potential, possibly even set up more types of computers(I also have an IBM 5160 as well that would make an interesting world). I like the idea to download weapons from BBS too!","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"AdroitConceptions","author_uid":"1014035","time":"2019-10-08T10:11:34Z","epoch":1570529494,"modified":1570529494,"text":"functional start to a shooter... had issues were the enemies seemed to be immune to damage.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Zombie Virals","author_uid":"1076930","time":"2019-10-08T22:52:35Z","epoch":1570575155,"modified":1570575155,"text":"@adroitconceptions Thanks!! I actually considered going for some kind of educational game with this concept to be honest. If your doing an AOE attack, various colliders and\/or physics.overlapXXXX options are good things to look at. you could even go so far as to do a physics.overlap sphere around the player and check the angle for short range AOE attacks.","likes":1,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld45\/162722-4275857e289151b64eef048804b27ebe.png"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/zombievirals.itch.io\/apple2e-adventure-ludum-dare-45","text":"Youtube"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"61657","g_author":"1076930","g_event":"LD45","g_eventkey":"78","g_subevent":"JAM","g_urlkey":"275254","g_title":"Apple 2e Adventure","g_status":"PVT1","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"5","g_site2_node_id":"162722","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"162722","n_urlkey":"275254","n_parent":"159347","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/45\/apple-2e-adventure","n_slug":"apple-2e-adventure","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"jam","n_author":"76930","n_created":"1569725945","n_modified":"1570477917","n_version":"511248","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":162722,"parent":159347,"superparent":9,"author":76930,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"jam","published":"2019-10-07T19:45:50Z","created":"2019-09-29T02:59:05Z","modified":"2019-10-07T19:51:57Z","version":511248,"slug":"apple-2e-adventure","name":"Apple 2e Adventure","body":"You start with nothing, inside an old Apple 2e computer, you have to collect the 3 parts, then take them to the expansion slots in order to win.
