Actually laughed out loud when the angel kicked the title screen. Really like the mood of the game. Controls felt a bit weird. Moving around was kind slow and I didn't like being stuck in a direction once I started attacking. Aliens moving out of the playable area felt a bit unfair. Overall, a great idea, but it lacks a bit of execution in my opinion. The problem is it crashes me after certain time on launch cant get past the tutorial select screen. It happens after a certain time nothing else seems to be triggering it (like a button press or anything). It happens also if i just wait in the start menu for long enough. The intro alone is worth a high mood score haha. The camera work when fighting is really fun, and I enjoyed the low poly art style. I tried to cheese the game by constantly spamming attacks, and staying invincible, but the aliens would often shoot me at just the right time to get a hit, hah.\n\nIt's a fun game but the difficulty curve could do with some tweaking! Level two was a lot harder than the first. It's a really solid entry, and I hope you keep making games! In the beginning I tried planting and kicking bugs but pretty soon I realized I could just as well keep running in a circle planing and picking and not mind the bugs at all. So there probably needs to be some balancing there in the gratification of hurting the pest and the risks in letting too many spawn without dealing with them.
