You're Atom Girl and you're stuck in a loop. Run away from the blue light and collect coins.

Gamepad strongly recommended! (if gamepad doesn't work, try restarting the browser)

But the character looks cool and overal nice job!
I have to agree that the camera is WAY too sensitive. I can't move my mouse a small enough distance to actually control it, which makes it really hard to make progress. The blue light is also really hard to see coming, so it took me a while to figure out why I kept resetting. Maybe put a point light source on the object so it casts colors on the walls as it gets nearer?
However, the controls, are really, really messy, I can't quite pin point what's going on but for sure the jump has a lot of issues with slopes and moving objects collisions.
You're right, it's better not to touch the camera, works well, but it's awful when I try to move it myself xD
I like how the level is shapes in circle, pretty nice idea but in the end it's just the same level infinitely, not saying it's not a loop, but it's not that clever of a use of it ^^
I felt like the death barrier was speeding up when I was going ways faster than it, is that right ? Just curious !
The game looks pretty nice though, you can be proud, the audio works, it's a nice little game I had some fun with ^^ Congrats for this entry!
The barrier does indeed adjust its speed based on how far/close you are!
You're welcome sorry for giving harsh feedbacks on controls and such while I know you're aware of them and just lacked time!
