Aw man, graphics look great from the screenshots! And it looks very interesting. I wish there was a mac version. Turning on notifications in case you do post a mac version — please @ me!

Damn. Every game should have a tutorial like yours! Fun game, liked the art, didn't like the sound so much, and OMG the ability 5 was so broken.

Nice spin on a classic formula! I found spawning volcanoes in space a little weird, but it was quite fun, if a bit samey after a couple of waves.

Wow, this game was an absolute roller coaster of an experience... except that analogy doesn't really work because it was a thrill the entire way through.

One minute I was shooting bees at corporate suits in space, the next, planet Earth was about to burn until I summoned a space volcano to deal irreversible burn damage to my enemies. Things we're looking real bleak until a Tyrannosaurus Rex heard the cries of the people of earth and came to save the day. We bonded.

I'm also American so I intrinsically love oil.

Great game.

I see what you did there. Nice job! I defeated the giant yellow haired boss before having to step away from the computer. With no way to pause, I was unable to save the planet :P
I'm impressed with the variety of content you managed to create in such a short period. One thing that might help with the feel of the game would be to have there be some kind of hit-react frame on the enemies to make it a bit more satisfying when your shots connect. Even just a little jiggle would go along way, if not some actual knockback. Maybe just a side effect of spamming bees?

The sounds are excellent. The controls are also very well designed!

Great concept and superb graphics and gameplay. Tutorial was comprehensive, didn't really understand the oil mechanic though. Very Fun!

Good pixel art with some impressive UI and an extremely helpful tutorial. I felt like the SFX were a little obnoxious, but that's my only complaint. Quality entry!

This was entertaining. I found myself pretty much using the tornado and flies abilities to clear out chunks of dudes. Well done.

This game is very good I had so much fun~

Ability 5 is broken, well, supposed to be except for the cooldown, which is good! The whole system is well done too! Sadly I don't want to shoot when I click on the buttons too. I also panicked and tried to click the ability itself than pressing 1-5. You should probably allow that since the other buttons work just as well.

If you have more time, I would like to see this flourish into a full game! Well done~

Pretty fun. I didn't manage to beat it my first try... Abilities were all useful and unique. Art style was nice. The tutorial was massive wall of text, but for the LD that's above average.

Great array of abilities and things to do and good presentation! I like investing in trees to keep your power up.

As feedback, I'd limit the sound of spammables (like bees). I'd also make the bees shorter, as a horizontal wipe move is pretty op (preferrable to #1)

I loved the tutorial.
I wasn't prepared for the madness that ensued once I actually started playing. It is really challenging to manage multiple abilities at once and tree/oil mechanics is a great idea.
Graphics is neat and consistent. I would love to have an easy mode, because I'm really bad at this kind of games . Great job.

I wonder if movement is actually useful, I just stayed on one place all the time. Did I miss anything or did you have some plans, that got cut? :timer:

The level of detail, possibilities and polish here is simply incredible for a jam game! And it's fun too, with a nicely thought tutorial that helps getting into the game in a minute. Plus: it looks nice. My only complaint would be about the noises, a little harsh when repeated. But I absolutely love it. Bravo!

My first impressions were a little bit offput by how intensive the tutorial is. There was a lot of information. That said, I think the systems were pretty fun. Planting trees to help the earth was a nice touch. A little bit of balance and polish would go a long way toward taking this game to the next step. Good job!
