Post-Jam Update:

  • Added the chicken's dialog at the beginning of the game
  • Improved the graphics
  • Pressing "Oops! I blinked." now goes back to the main menu instead of just resetting the timer

Chicken wins, I looked away ...Maybe it was just me but when it started getting darker I had to turn it off, too scared of jump scares like those early flash mouse maze games...

That audio for winning almost made my spill coffee all over my laptop! Overall, well done! The laptop is safe and the game is good. I didn't like that the timer disappeared at night, but that may just be a personal preference.

Take that, chicken! Effortless Easy win, eventually on Hard it got dark and didn't become bright again, five-ish minutes later still nothing has happened. I did like three minutes (total) on Hard without blinking before I realized it broke.

(Well done! I don't know why the heck you only got 2.75 in Innovation.)

Hmmm... Hard mode is supposed to be 3 minutes total, with the last 15 seconds of that being black except the chicken's eyes, and then 2 seconds of complete black. I didn't get that issue on web or windows.

Thanks! I thought my highest score would be in innovation, but it's nowhere close. That puzzles me.
