Leave Unity FullScreen for PERFORMANCE.

What I learned :

• Newgrounds API Scoreboard / Medals • Design Platform Controllers • Code a proper save system

More feature has been coded (dash, swim, etc.) but hasn't been implemented because i didn't manage to make good level design with it in 48h, maybe I will try a full version in the future.

This is a great platformer! The mechanics felt very well implemented.

Two things I think could be improved on is adding the controls/instructions inside the game, I know you have them in the post but it would be nice in there as well. Also I think the momentum could be decreased a little as it made some of the movements a little bit sluggish, unless that was the intention then never mind this :)

This was surprisingly difficult to play, that or I just wasn't any good at it lol!
Really nice idea and concept for a game, graphics look good and run really nicely.
It does remind me of 'super meat boy' was this an inspiration of yours?

Nice meatboy-like game! My only criticisms would be I would like to be a bit faster, I felt a bit slow. Also the wall jumping felt a bit sticky but that's better than it not working I guess lol. Nice job!

Feels very much meatboy-inspired, which is good, but could use longer and altogether more mechanically diverse levels to separate it from Super Meat Boy. Still, there's an amazing amount of content for a game developed in a few days. Props.

I love how much this game reminds me of super meatboy.
The jumping seemed a bit weird at times.

Interesting platformer. I could tell it took inspiration from Meatboy platformers, and there was a lot of content in the game as well, but it was hard for me to play for all of it due to the controls. Acceleration is a two sided coin that you need to land on the side for it to work. You had way to much acceleration so I would make a jump, often times without the ability to turn around if I miscalculated. It would be really fun if it were more instant, as the speed wan't an issue for me. The sounds were fun and jucy too, and the graphics while simple made was consistent and clean.

Really nice and simple platformer, I really felt the meat boy inspiration too.
I managed to beat all levels with the first tree characters, however, I didn't really managed to tell the difference if any between them. Really well done

This was pretty fun! I couldn't beat all the vaccine levels, but I enjoyed getting there. I thought you did a good job at making the levels feel "new" on repeat playthroughs with different characters. I think the Antiboy was the most fun, and I liked how Grandma's sugar made some easy levels difficult (because of the high jump) but some hard levels easy (because of the jetpack).

One criticism is that I didn't like how movement in the air felt. I thought that the character changed direction in the air too quickly, making it very difficult to slow the character's momentum and fall straight down. However, I can tell a lot of work went into making the controls feel as good as they do (I wouldn't have played up to the last levels if the controls were bad).

Good entry!

Nice game. Awesome graphics. Movement felt great. The particles while landing from a jump was awesomely cool! Audio did not work for me.

(I posted the last comment). For some reason whenever I publish a comment it publishes the comment and a blank comment? (This was the blank comment)

Fun game, surprising to see such an amount of level design done in a game jam! The character controller could use some tweaking, sticking to the wall and the amount of control given while in the air could feel a bit weird sometimes. Graphics were minimal, but definitely did the job!

Thank you for your feedbacks ! As you probably understand, I am not really satisfied with all of my 5 controllers, but I couldn't manage to tweak it enough in 48h (tweaking controller after making level design was painful and I coudln't make big changes or the levels wouldn't be relevant anymore).

Of course, Super meat boy is a reference, I love this game, and when after creating The HeartBit I understand how hard it is to make a 2D platformer haha

Not a bad entry. I do think the acceleration could be toned down a bit. It seemed like certain jumps were really sluggish and then others were just flying all around. The ground movement didn't really match what happens in the air. It also seemed like the infinite wall jump on the same wall was a bug turned into a feature. I appreciate that for sure but just wanted to point it out. Okay. So bad out of the way. I love precision platformers and this is exactly that. You must be precise on each jump to be successful. Sometimes patience is important while other times speed is important. I love that balance in games. I would assume this was intended, but it really really reminds me of Meatboy. Anyway - I had fun with this. Great work!
