The HeartBit by Lucas Ferrantelli
Keep Miguel Alive by reaching his Heart with different kind of medicines.
Arrows to Move,
Space to Jump / Double Jump / Wall Climb (depend on your character).
Beat Score, Unlock up to 5 Characters, Collect all the 150 DNA points to Keep Miguel Alive.

Leave Unity FullScreen for PERFORMANCE.
What I learned :
• Newgrounds API Scoreboard / Medals • Design Platform Controllers • Code a proper save system
More feature has been coded (dash, swim, etc.) but hasn't been implemented because i didn't manage to make good level design with it in 48h, maybe I will try a full version in the future.

Two things I think could be improved on is adding the controls/instructions inside the game, I know you have them in the post but it would be nice in there as well. Also I think the momentum could be decreased a little as it made some of the movements a little bit sluggish, unless that was the intention then never mind this :)
Really nice idea and concept for a game, graphics look good and run really nicely.
It does remind me of 'super meat boy' was this an inspiration of yours?
The jumping seemed a bit weird at times.
I managed to beat all levels with the first tree characters, however, I didn't really managed to tell the difference if any between them. Really well done
One criticism is that I didn't like how movement in the air felt. I thought that the character changed direction in the air too quickly, making it very difficult to slow the character's momentum and fall straight down. However, I can tell a lot of work went into making the controls feel as good as they do (I wouldn't have played up to the last levels if the controls were bad).
Good entry!
Of course, Super meat boy is a reference, I love this game, and when after creating The HeartBit I understand how hard it is to make a 2D platformer haha
