Nice game! Wasn't able to reproduce, but there was some bug that let me jump infinitely and get outside the map.

Wonderful take on the theme idea. It blends in to seamlessly that the game is dependent on the theme for its identity. Bravo!

I actually had the same idea for a game! Glad to see I was not the only one :) It turned out really well for you!

Pretty cool game! I felt that the zombie bride was really unique so that was nice to see. Puzzles were well thought out too. there was one level where I jumped up and discovered a new area (I thought it was an easter egg). Turns out there was nothing there and I fell down into oblivion. I think it was map 4 or something (after the first arrow mission). but other than that it's a cool game

Really loved this! Controls felt good, loved the puzzle designs, genuinely challenging too. Music and art design was great and felt consistent. Amazing effort in 48 hours

Very good idea for this theme, and well realised, good graphics and gameplay. A bit hard for me but I'm not that good with platformers :)

I found one bug (don't know the level number) where I got the weight stuck where I could not retrieve it. Was there a restart level button that I couldn't find?

Great job matching the theme. Keepin the love alive and the lady alive. Level design really guided the player through the mechanics!

Great work there! Your game is pretty spot on with the theme.

Really fun, cool game. One thing that made me fail a bit was the controls on the main character. At one point, I thought I had wall jumps that I just couldn't execute because of how the character smooshed against the wall. The graphics, mood, and music are all really nice.

Cool idea, there is an issue with your jump reset detection so that if you are against a wall, you can jump infinitely which lets you leave the map. I really liked the art style and animations (especially the walking into the door one) but I thought that the movement was a bit too floaty as you slid about quite a lot.

Really fun game! Puzzles were fun and required some thorough thinking. I found that you can jump infinitely up walls but otherwise great game!

I loved this. I am a sucker for puzzle platformers, and this was well-executed. Great job! I like how you are trying to help her but she won't hesitate to rip you apart if you get too close. It's funny that you are keeping a zombie alive, since it's technically undead...

Unique concept! Unfortunately, like @schwarcraft I got soft-locked.

I got the same bug as @schwarcraft but it was a fun game! Liked the level design and concept. Good job!. The song did get a bit repetitive but that's to be expected for a jam game. SFX were good.

The idea of having to keep someone alive that is trying to hurt you is a really interesting take on the theme. The level does is also really clever and progressively introduces a few different game mechanics. Nice work!

Nice idea. I really liked it. One issue though: In one of the levels I fucked up, where I couldn't die or continue due to me being stupid. I think a reset button could finish it! :)

Really like this one! I like the old-school horror and retro video game vibe it had, I didn't finish it though because after getting so many levels in and I couldn't reset the level if I did the level incorrectly, you would have to restart the whole game, also ran into some glitches like infinite wall jump, and the anvil/weight following the camera around and not being able to pick it up, though. Besides those things I really enjoyed this one, I could see it becoming a full game, I also really like the story. Great job! Hope this does well!

A short and nice platformer - I had fun playing it. The last level was a bit tricky because my timing was a bit off and I drop the crate on Lenores head multiple times.

FYI: There is a minor bug if Lenore dies and you die shortly after (happened to me a few times on the last level with the different arrows) you instantly die after restart - but it's not really a deal breaker, because there are no life/heart points and you respawn instantly anyways.

Was pleasantly surprised by the creativity in the design here! There's some really nice details in the art too. The parallax scrolling and the little shadow on the characters as they walk through the door are both great touches.

The concept and the story work so great with the theme. Love the unique dynamic you created between the player and the zombie lady.

* Exit animation and trill is a nice touch.
* I died a few times because I expected w/up to be jump.
* parallax background is very nice, I like the pillars!
* It would be cool if the camera didn't scroll so far past the edges of levels. In some situations there's a lot of screen space taken up by nothing.
* I like the time pressure level where you're racing the zombie, that's a classic platformer feel!
* There's a little overhang above doors so I can't jump if I'm pressed up against one.
* Crunchy 8 bit tunes are nice
* Nice work!

Fun platformer. Feels very complete. Level design is great introducing mechanics one by one. That last level took me quite a few tries.

Great idea and very interesting game. I missed a restart button however: I managed to get stuck in a situation where I could not die nor finish the level. Also, I don't know if this is intended, but it is possible to "wall jump".

nice set of puzzles. i over complicated a few of them which was good as it meant there wasn't just an obvious path to follow. i have lost count of the amount of times i got stopped by a door, tried to jump and hit the ceiling block above the door instead of jumping out of the way of Lenore. Learning curve for me rather than an issue with the game.

Thanks to everyone for playing and finding the bugs i missed whoops, can't believe i didn't notice the wall jump one. For @schwarcraft and all those that mentioned the lack of reset button, there actually already is a hidden restart button. F12 resets the level,I had put in for testing. Unfortunately on a browser it also opens the dev tools but nevermind :). I updated the description for anyone else that plays. Rest of the bugs can wait till postjam version I think .

Really really enjoyed this, would love to see more levels! I could even see this expanding beyond Lenore, with rescuing her being just one chapter among many misadventures. Particularly liked the music and victory tune.
