You should probably make collision a bit more in favor of the player.
Since the game is a 'Die & Try' I'd probably remove lifes limit as it is a bit frustrating. Even if I understand its purpose ofcourse.
Anyway I had fun with your funny characters, and sounds used.
- with the random generation and slow movement of certain parts of the environment (clouds, moon, flying pigs) and the auto-running, it is impossible to not lose a bunch of lives.
- the bounding boxes seem to extend well beyond the objects, and it felt like in many cases, the mouse died even if it seemed like it would make the jump.
- you might want to fine-tune the controls, to make it easier to control the height of the jumps. Currently, the dynamic range of the jumps seems too small, and it is very hard to avoid low-flying obstacles.
Otherwise, the graphics is OK (though seems a bit inconsistent), and the music and sound are fine and fit the game nicely. Despite all the issues mentioned above, I still had fine trying the game out and retried a couple of times before finally giving up.
I will check it to fix it
it's an interesting concept...enemies which travel from scene to scene. and falling nuts were random too.
pretty inconvenient of my spawning inside the enemy at one point though (flying pig) so iframes after respawn should definitely help there.
It is definitely rage inducing! If one more cloud takes me out i think I might cry...
Awesome to see it on multiple platforms and extra points for making such an enjoyable game with just one button! That is not easy!
Great job :)
Controller didn't work though (I have Xbox 360 Wireless), keyboard worked just fine.
I just uploaded a quick-video actually beating it, since I didn't get to that on-stream!

The game was quite challenging! It looks nice and the sounds are so far off the visuals that its amazingly cool!
 for the game! Good work!
I enjoyed playing, and also I like the funny audio and the graphics, even though the art style is not very cohesive.
Because the enemies don't reset when the player dies, some levels get harder or just different (and sometimes impossible) to win on the next try, for example the first level with the nuts.
I would have like more control over the jump height, but it is also funny that as a player we have so little control. ;)

I managed a perfect Speedrun in the end (41s)

Edit: Unfortunately the video did not record my microphone so here are the main points I made:
1. I liked the feel of the Movement, it is well implemented
2. The graphics and audio are nice
3. Overall a good implementation of a classic platformer Good Job!
Anyways, nice job! I had fun even though I wasn't able to reach the end because it was too hard lol
At first I thought I was getting shot at but then realised even the clouds were against me! I really liked the menu animation and gameplay in general but I think some balancing could be done here and there with the level design. Overall though, good job!
Edit: Well done on making this game so compatible with your porting and controls!
I love the simplicity of this one. The fact that the level does not reset is kind of a double edged sword. It can make it easier sometimes and then you feel lucky, but most of the time it feels more frustrating than anything else. The fast respawn with music continuing is well done. The dumble jump mechanic is nicely explained through level design.
Thanks for the game.
I feel like the game would need a bit of work before it really hits the theme, right now it is like any other game where the goal is to stay alive (so most games). I like the concept tho, and it was definetly a world where everything was out to kill you! (even the clouds, thats EVIL!)
Though you opted out of being rated in graphics, I will say that they fit the game perfectly.
Most importantly, the game was FUN!
Good job!
Pretty good game, I love the Sun with its troll face xD
Controls are good and there are enough different obstacles to make it not repetitive. You should just work on the cycles of some enemies and obstacles. There are sometime unsolvable situations.
Well done ^^

1 - Mechanics, Learning and Flow:
The game is a platform game at the same time that the player's character (PC) remains running all the time.
The stages have a lively design, each attempt to play can lead to a different experience (due to the movement of some entities and the draw of the fall of some challenges).
Unfortunately, you already start running at each stage (which can lead to certain deaths). This could perhaps be changed in a post-event version of the game, for the possibility of waiting for the best time to go (despite having a built-in challenge to already start running).
Learning to play was easy, the game favors given that there is only the jump command to be used (the rest depends on perception).
The game flow left me a little frustrated on several occasions, but I didn't lose interest in the game. I just felt slightly wronged at the same time that I felt quite challenged to proceed.
2 - Graphics, Audio and Narrative:
The graphics are very simple, especially from the PC (which took a lot of work (on the scene) for me to understand what it was about).
Besides, the graphics were very good and gave me a comfortable, nostalgic and immersive experience.
The audio fulfilled his role (as I see it).
The narrative does not seem to have been the focus, there is not much to talk about. Run wildly from side to side until you reach the end (alive).
3 - Culture:
The game reminds me of old runners and platform games, with exaggerated challenges (size of some objects quite different from the scale envisioned).
I missed it and competed for humor, because I found it very funny.
4 - Monetization:
I believe that the game can be very polished and built in different "worlds", each with a small thematic variation, so that each world should be spent with an initial amount of lives. In this sense, the game (in case of interest in continuity on the part of the creators) could be sold in stores like itch.io or even Steam.
I liked the graphics you chose and the sun made me laugh, lol
I also liked that you didn't just chose obstacles that will kill you on hit, but rather different ones and some you can even jump on although the kill you pretty much all the other times. (Walnuts)
I would have enjoyed it more if you didn't die and had to start all over, as I feel like this would fit your game better, as it's not really a "learn it by heart" level like for example Geometry dash, but maybe that's just personal preference.
The music was nice, the game over sound a bit odd, I would choose a different one :)
All in all cool game and because of the simple controls this would also make a cool mobile game I think!
