Loved keeping the fire alive in that little birch forest. The atmosphere was great, thanks to the lighting, sound design and the music. I really liked how the little bell instruments got louder the closer to the campfire you were (or am I imagining things). Short but very comfy game, only complaint I have is that the sound of picking up wood made it seem like the water level in the forest reaches at least to your ankles (it sounded like you pulled the sticks from a lake, not from wet ground).

Love. Love. Love the graphics and sounds, such a great art style for the player and trees. The UI indicating when to pick up objects was great feedback for the player, as well as the pick up audio and addition of the map so I could remember where I was going. Only criticism is that when I went to go pick up a log while walking the player would slide rather than stopping to pick up the object. Great opening to the game too, immediately immersed me.


Great game! My favourite so far. The athmosphere was amazing, I wanted to keep on playing. Can't believe this was done in 72 hours. Graphics were amazing too.

The atmosphere was amazing. You really feel like your alone and cold in a deep birch forest. The polish that went into this is amazing. Some feedback - I felt like i never really had to explore the forest. I could just walk around really close to the fire and get sticks occasionally there.

Really enjoyed this one ! The atmosphere is amazing, graphism, sound and music work really well :) I think it would be cool if you could put woodstick near the fire to stock it, I sureley overfeed the fire (don't know if my english is good right now). Good job !

Really beautiful concept here. Super relaxing to play. My only quibbles would be the lack of a pause menu, and a little glitch where wood is visible but cannot be interacted with.

Really nice sound and visuals. I don't know if I missed something but I spent about five minutes running around picking up logs. I was kinda just waiting for something to happen. I then just ran until I reached the end of the map just to see if anything else would happen. The atmosphere was really nice just wish there was a little bit more gameplay then picking up logs. I'm not trying to be mean. Just giving my honest opinion

Great game ! I loved the atmosphere, I felt relaxed and chilling out next to the fire was some quality time. Since you don't lock the position while the player is getting up, they can do some cool slippy moves :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: !

Dude, the visuals are great! Sittig at the fire and seeing the wast forest in the Background is awesome. Love that there is no game over. The PC just goes home because of boredom. XD

Is there any goal besides collecting fire wood? Can I beat the Game?

A nice game, the sound design was marvellous, defnitely top 100 in that, probs in graphics and mood too. Maybe it's just me but I was hoping for something more in there, maybe just some more story in the splash screens or some stuff in the woods to be found other than sticks? A nice and aesthetically pleasing entry overall besides that, good job!

Straight dope visuals and mood! I loved the fact that when you pick up multiple sticks, the character is actually carrying holding them. Do you know how many AAA games don’t do that?? Nice touch
