Hallowhearth's Last Stand by RiOrius

[raw]
made by RiOrius for LD34 (COMPO)
First, setup your formations. You have three formations (A, B and C), and each dictates where your heroes will stand and which of their skills they will use. When you're ready, Start the Battle!

When combat comes, enemies will spawn from the right of the screen. You'll be able to switch between your three formations, but beyond that your heroes will act entirely on their own.

Choose your formations wisely, switch between them appropriately, and try to hold out as long as you can! My high score's around 404,000; let me know if you can beat it!

Kind of difficult to figure out how to play. Sometimes the game just seems to end. I got over a few 100,000 and it didn't save m score. I think the gameplay would be more fun if the player had more control over the characters.

Fun! I like the idea a lot and it was great that you got sound effects in, they certainly add a lot. I was doing really well my first play, but then didn't realize that clicking the center of the screen would end it... A suggestion would be to maybe make the "switch" buttons slightly larger, although I can see that it would be hard to do that without giving up too much space for the game itself. Anyway, great job!

Fun and simple idea!
Although I think it would be better if there would be more interactivity and gameplay. So it would be made of distinct levels maybe? Anyway, great one!

I like the amount of customisation available in the set-up. The usage of the buttons was a little odd. Good fun game though.
