Yaay, I'm on the toplist. I don't know a lot about hovercrafts, but this seemed a bit hard to steer :\ And the camera sometimes was a bit hard to see with. Maybe a simple "behind camera" would have been better.
Anyway, I had fun beating my record to get higher on the list
By the way, how did you implement the toplist? I always wanted to try something similar, but didn't really know what's the quick way of doing it, so it's could be done during a jam. Thanks!
The boat's turning around faster than I expected.
The game was fun!
I had an early versin with a follow-camera script but I could not get that to run smooth in the Web-GL version. Another tip I got just now was to make two modes, one noob and one pro, where the noob controller did not apply forces to the craft but instead rotaded it slower and consistent. Well, I have learned somthing from all of your feedback and that is the important thing, I have played this over and over during the last days, you are just testing it out, so I need to make it even more easy next time.
I am so glad for everyone playing and feedbacking my game. Thanks alot.
The camera was really well done, and I actually had a fun time getting to grips with the controls. The super floaty boat handling added a lot to the comedic value.
Wish there was another goal other than getting the best loop time (at least I didn't notice one after 3 laps), but I had a lot of fun, and I think that would've been the case without a goal at all anyway, so it's not that big a deal. Nice job!
Took me a couple of tries but I managed to get the high score :)
also, the camera movement Is really great
It took me a few laps to get use to the control but managed at the end.
Best score for me was 37.
With a small amount of improvements on the art style this game could be a mobile it.
The gameplay is perfect.

I like the camera work - it gives an impression of a tv broadcast.
I agree with @duke about the sensitivity of turning. It felt too sensitive.
All in all good fun, even though I suck at it. Can't beat 35 seconds :)
The simple fact that the lap time is recorded gave the game a lot of replayability, a good game design lesson I guess! An other very impressive compo submission, congrats!
