One thing that would really help a lot is if the character could visually show what direction it was facing. Over half my deaths were from forgetting that.
Other than the above issues, it is a solid entry. The graphics are simple, but fun. The music has a nice upbeat feel to it. The main game mechanic of all the virus cells acting in unison is interesting. With a bit more polish it would be a neat little game.
It's true that it is not clear that you can kill blue cells making then shot, firing them two tims very fast. Should have explained better or mada levels that make it more clear :-)
My largest complaint is probably that it is not possible to see the direction you are facing to know where you will shoot - the rest would very likely be fixed with some more time for playtesting (difficulty curve, tutorial)
Took me a bit to long to figure the movers out. A different kind of projectile would have been more intuitive than the double shot. The chain reactions were awesome though!
