i really enjoy the theme! hahaahhahaha

Wow. This is great. The sandbox feature is cool and i had fun messing around with it. The game itself has a nice art style with good effects and good game play. This is definitely one of my favourite games from the jam.

To be honest this is almost exactly what i originally planned to do, but i could have been just a coincidence. I tried to play it but i couldn't get it to load.

This game was super fun to play! Simple and effective concept which made the gameplay very intuitive. The game felt really polished overall! I especially liked the art and sound design.

love the graphics and the singing lol. Not sure why everyone is hating so much on Jesus but I sure did send lions after those guys!

Enjoyed it, but at first it wasn't that clear what I had to do.

I have no idea what's going on, but it's pretty fun :P all of the powers are very satisfying to use.

Amazing game, funny gameplay and clever take on the theme. I would say the only downside was that the Jesus was hard to spot sometimes. But besides that, very cool! Congrats!

Loved the idea and the game. The soundtrack was just hilarious!

Good "purify-them-all" ! As others have mentioned, the care and attention put into game juice (especially the water power). The ability to zoom/dezoom is also a godsent.

Strenghts :
- Fun powers, great controls
- Consistent artwork

Possible improvements :
- The UI was a bit wonky at times (HPs, power gauge, power selection)

All in all, great job !

The concept is awesome. The pixel art is simple but very good. The music as well is rather nice. The ending was a little unexpected but good none the less. I'm definitely keeping a copy of the windows version. Phenomenal game overrall. I really don't have any complaints. It's mindless fun at it's best :)

Yep, the sandbox mechanic is hella fun

Graphics and music/sounds are sooo cool ! The pixel arts and animations are truely amazing and the start and end screens are cool.
I didn't understand every spell at first but I got used to them and I loved feeling **powerful**. The screen gets maybe too shaky when the lightning power is used.
The different AI feels really well made and each human/lion seems to have a real intelligent mind, I was pleasantly surprised.
The theme of the game might not be suiting for everyone but I personally liked it. :)

I like everything about it! The pixelart graphics are just amazing! I have tried creating pixel art multiple times and it never looked good. You have my huge respect!

The music is a masterpiece and fitted the game perfectly!

The gameplay was really fun and I enjoyed trying out the my many different abilities. They were all really creative and useful in diferrent situations. The checkpoints were really well placed in a way that was not impossible but always a challenge and never easy. Once I died literally a few pixels away from the checkpoint!

A little rough at first, I have found balance in the force. Nice crowd simulation. 10/10 would be betrayed again.

Took a bit to understand how it really plays, but it had just enough playtime to the next checkpoint that I wanted to keep trying, and I understood this is like a 2D top-down on-rails shooter. Later on it became surprisingly challenging when the trip to the next checkpoint got longer. Managed to play it through to the end. It was kinda fun to figure out what each action did and how to use them effectively.

The spell mechanics were a bit unclear at first, but got to master them through practice.
Anything else is great! The music and the art style is charming, and I love the humor!

Haha, this plays really well and has looooaaaads of style. The graphics work well, the audio is amazing (singing? Singing!) and there a super cool little touches (sattelite dishes on old sandstone houses? Hell yeah!). Really, really well done, and super fun too!

@purrseus yeah, how are they supposed to watch TV otherwise?

The camera shake was way too strong. I couldn't play long because of it. Really like the art and concept though.

The purple guys are Jesus' bodygards (or meatshields) (they are 12!)

I like how this game has a lot NPC's and big map. I had hard time to figure what to actually do, I do not like to create bloody piles of bodies :D The music is pretty good! This game could be developed further for sure.

pretty darn close to perfect. this was a great idea and i love the cheeky humor. my only gripe is that it starts off way too fast before you can get to grips with the controls. a few tutorial levels would be pretty kool here. great job
