We made the level short because of the time We didn't have, but We made a Touch from every Feature (Enemies, Bosses, etc.).
(Not Working the best with WebGL Version)
Simple Instructions
Instructions for Using the Game: - Right Arrow / D - Character Moves Right. - Left Arrow / A - Character Moves Left. - Space - Character Jumps. - For Killing Enemies, Jump On their Head (Not Working With Bosses)
Important information: You Maybe Not Hear The Sounds on the Web Version of the game because google are Sometimes blocking Sounds from that type of games.

all in all, amazing game.
The background and aesthetics are well done and has a good connection with the theme.
I think zooming the camera out and adding a few more platforms would have helped.
I spotted that enemy platforms are red - that's a cool extra signifier.

Congrats on the entry :thumbsup_tone1:
:purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
That said, i liked the art style and the audio. The music are really nice.
Good job on completing a game for the jam!
Good music though, it creates a nice atmosphere; congrats!
@meo-benderson Thank You!
I would suggest making the steps more sensitive, as I have frequently fallen a platform because of that and it made the boss hard to beat. I would also consider making the camera a bit wider or making it so that you can better see what is in front of you.
But I couldn't get pass the first boss :sweat_smile:
Music worked for me when playing in the browser. I think the Player moves like he's on ice, that was stressing. Despite this, I like the Player animations and the whole mood - I felt like I'm in the cable or sth. Surrender of the first boss made me smile :smile: I like the voice acting. I know you didn't make the whole music, but I think it's well chosen and fits well to the game.
I would like to see this game with camera placed further and longer levels, but I know - it was such a short time to make a game :v:
Also, would be great to add lives for the Player and checkpoints after bosses, since I was dying, and dying, and dying.
Keep up the good work! Hope to see you in the next Ludum Dare!
@zimny11 Thank you!
@sandra-jasionowska Thank you very Much for the Time Invested On the Comment. The Main Music and The Music In THe Game Was Our Music, The Other Are Just for the gig of 'Keep It Alive' so We had to write About it. There Were No checkpoints and lives to make the game longer and Cover The Short Level.
@aj-jones Thank you very much, Camera Zoom Will probably be fixed soon.
@no-grapes-games Thanks Alot!
@marvalgames Thank You Very Much. We're Planning To Publish An Update Soon.
Other than that, great job!
Only gripe is, that it's too short, but I can live with that.
Good job!
@zubspace Thank you very much! Glad you've enjoyed the game!
but except for that, the game is a pretty solid entry!
Congrats ^^
I also didn't realize at first that the boss you just have to dodge their attacs and you can't really attack the boss.
but you got a game with a start and finish so that's a major accomplishment.
@thebreakfast @shunaky @designernap Thank you! Taking your notes.
@barret When you are playing with the WebGL Version it's really taking time because of the lights. that's 1 reason why we recommended to not use the WebGL Version. **Thank you very much!**
Character movement felt very strange though. It felt like he had no traction, like every surface was slippery. Made him unnecessarily hard to control. I also found a bug - got totally stuck between the platforms. Like this:

The boss was very confusing the few first times I try it, and as motioned a little de-zoom could be great.
Well, first things (to me at least :p) first, the music is really great and fits well the game.
Graphics are pretty, I really like the message character, funny little message guy\^\^ and the environment is great. :)
Controls are a bit odd at first, a little inertia problem, maybe? But otherwise it's okay. A bit less zoomed-in could help to have a better view at what you're doing.
Anyway, great job! :) I would gladly play more levels of your game. o/
Then I die 2 seconds later :D haha
Had fun playing your game, the boss was fun and mixed up the gameplay while staying intuitive.
Graphics and audio were also very nice, so great game.
I came here from your "I want to play your game!" post and would like to say thank you for offering that to people. I have enough votes so I won't add my game to let you focus on those that need the 20 votes and I will be playing those in the comments too :)
Found it hard to control, the main problem where that the character kept moving after I let go of the button, so sometime I would walk of the platform. The camera also felt to close, which made it hard to see what was coming next, died a few time on the last jump size I could not see the enemy. If having the camera that close is needed to keep the felling of the game, you might want to make it so the camera always are a little ahead of the character.
The movement mechanics do feel quite slippery and make it hard to control -- adding some acceleration in there would help quite a lot.
I also found it a bit confusing at times, e.g. when things started falling from the sky with no warning, instantly killing me.
Glad you're getting into game jams so early! For a month of coding experience this is impressive, hope you continue :)
Graphics and mood are great. I also liked that you have zero respawn time after dying.
Controls need a bit of polish, but I did have fun. You should try playing around with the camera, changing zoom levels for example. Sometimes is hard to see what's coming or how to jump. Also, sometimes you get stuck to the corner of a platform when jumping.
Congrats!
Anyway, nice job!
Good job
@nakami @leekanarchism @henrycgs Thank you! because the level was short, we had to make the boss part confusing and no checkpoints for making the game longer to play and to add more mystery to the game.
@zen @vesper @ogma @zenris @hhsaez @amarillion @eduardogacn Thank you!
@fables LOL Thank you very much!
@aaron-taube Thank you very much! the idea is to make you learn through the game. something falling on you and teaching you to be aware of it next time you are there.
@ricksquanchez Thank you very much! happy to hear someone understand the connection to the theme :laughing:
My one problem with it is that the camera is much too close - it's difficult to see anything ahead. A couple of times I've ran straight into an enemy because I kept forgetting that was the platform they were on. I think it would be better if the player could see where they're going instead of having to remember the entire layout of the level.
All in all, it's a really solid entry and a well executed first game jam. Well done! ;)
I liked the boss and that it was voiced. The music and effects were a bit loud for me though.
Would have been nice to be able to see a bit more espceially on the boss fight as sometimes it felt a bit unfair.
However the fast reset times really made it worth it. The game really feels complete and everything fits well together!
Gameplay wise, I feel the controls could have better, felt like it was slippery/input delays.

The movement was pretty awful due to how slippery it was. Besides that it was just a fun little game. good job.
I really liked the aesthetics of the whole thing. The message them self is an especially a cute little bugger.
