The graphics and audio are very good. I really like the style. The UI of fake Tinder is also really fun to play around with, although the fingers block some of the bio text. The ending was a bit abrupt, but I understand why now that I realized that I didn't crash the game. I think the short length works pretty well for what the game is. I did encounter one game breaking bug when I pressed the like button when there were no other profiles. Very good job!

The aesthetics of the game is impressive, really hit me right in the heart. The combination of music, visual content and the main idea, translated via the events, create such a bitter sweet atmosphere. So doomed, but not given up yet.
By the way, I got a mistake, when pressed information button after I run out of all candidates and the game crushed.

cool project, nice visuals and storytelling. the text was very small on my screen and i almost couldnt read it. i think i found a bug, the game crashes when there are no other matches. overall a well round expirience, nice!

Waiting for people to match was so long when I chose everyone that I thought it will never happen and I crashed the game clicking on Heart when there was nobody new to match with. Would be cool to add the possibility of skipping intro screens. I liked the idea and graphics a lot tho. Would be really cool game, if there was more people to talk with! (or actually, to wait for them to answer :smile: ) Overall, nice submission!

This is a really lovely game. You set the atmosphere very well, and I seriously felt the cringe when my character started off a match with the updog joke XD. All in all, great job!

I'm fairly sure it crashed, and it made me sorely wish for some ability to skip the titles. I do love the aesthetic, the subject matter, and the mood (although I think some softer music might fit the tone a little better). Well done on getting this released, and good luck with your future projects!

Nice entry! Unfortunately I couldn't go very far as the game crashed multiple times (I couldn't even start a conversation). But from what I've seen: loved the artstyle, loved the music, loved the idea. Good job! :)

The aesthetics captured my eye immediately, I'm in love. The concept made me play your game - it's a pretty interesting variation on the theme.

That's a shame I can't play your game - I managed to start one conversation but the game kept crashing - mostly on incomplete swipes (couldn't get them right, I'm sorry!) and when I run out of the conversation partners. The only other comment I'd have is the size - font is pretty small even on FullHD screen (not event mention 4K) and I had a hard time reading it.
Still, it's a great job, keep it up!

Love the art! I love the idea but im a bit frustated the game always crashes just after i start a conversation with anybody, so i could just see a glimpse of the cringe of these dialogues.

I like the style and music in your game, but I'm really sorry I couldn't pass your game. It closes too often, and the introduction is too long (especially since it can't be skipped)

aah! i absolutely love the aesthetic here and this seems super well put together, if only i could play through it more! i tried to get into it a few times but gamemaker kept crashing, same as everyone else, the splash screen is kinda long too

Well I played your game. That was funny. "Minimalism" mad me laugh. My two criticisms you are probably aware of, the game gets an error if you click the heart or exit after you are out of matches. And every time you do finish talking to someone the game closes, forcing you to watch the intro and title cards. Other then that I liked it a bunch.

The visuals are really beautiful! I love the aesthetics, and thought the design was really beautiful. It used the theme in an interesting way.

I think I get the message of the game. I would have liked to play more but the game kept closing after each message chain and I really did not enjoy sitting through 30 seconds of an intro screen that had seemingly nothing to do with the game.

The audio was trying to be good but it was really hard to listen to it with the filter put on it.

Idea is nice but the overall execution and how everything is put together seems to be very stiff unfortunately :(.

There were some GM crashes, but i would love to see where it was going. Hope it can be updated!

Love the concept, very relatable story in the time of modern dating. Wish I could've interacted w/ more than one person before the game quit out. Other than that, love the art and the sound!

Man, it sounds and looks great! As others already mentioned there are some crashes and it would be great, if you could skip the title cards.

Mmmh... Art-style seamed promising, but the text is very small and hardly readable :/ The music is funny for a couple of minutes but gets quickly annoying... Couldn't figure what to do :( Hope to here from you if you release another version, I'd like to play that game!

Looks really great, and interesting concept. Quite enjoyed that 8bit version of Breakbot - Baby I'm yours. First time, ran into a fatal error clicking the (i) with no more profiles. Second time, opening the profile of the last person showed the profile of the girl just before. At first, messages took forever to pop up, third time worked well for some time though. Conversation still ended in a fatal error at one point, guy wouldn't type anything anymore, the screen jumped to the list of messages, a bunch popped up really rapidly, and bam.

Little issue when having a conversation for more than the lenght of th screen :


Despite the bugs, was a nice ride! You even reminded me of that one anime I watched years ago.
