Very nice! Kind of like the game "there is no game"

Things that could be improved:
- Voice acting (could be a bit more animated)
- Text (the text was not properly synced up, and the whole talking bit was a bit slow)

Features to consider:
- Choice boxes, so the player can customize their experience

Other than that, great game! Keep on making games!

Gosh. Got to admit that I was tensed up for a jump scare from the start. But a nice twist on the concept. And 6 hours? Jeez. I don't think I'd even written a camera controller in that time.

Very experimental and also an interesting take on the theme.

I'm stoked to be the first to comment and rate this game because it's such a gem! The mood and theme are on point. Great work with the voice over. Clever title. Great work!

Ha! Very funny. Frog-fractions-like.

I think I may have triggered a fail state on the flappy-bird portion when my bird didn't hit anything, but it turned out it didn't matter anyway!

Hahaha nice game and I like what you did with the 6 hours! It looked good, nice CRT effect, good story and I enjoyed the 20 seconds of tetris. Flappy bird didn't really work for me and it kept stopping after the first pipe but maybe that was the point..
Nice one!

Something something about memory though...

Hey @lars-erik I know, though it happened only when I published it to the itch.io page. And since the Jam is over- I would do a post jam patch for that!

@taqoshaq @ciaranw Yes that was intentional- You had the survive for 10 seconds, the game glitches at about 7-8.

@sheepdog123 As I social introvert it was a very daunting task for me to even put my voice out there, But thanks for the feedback, I would try to open up a bit more from next time :D

and I'm glad all of had a great time. It makes me truly jump in joy!

An interesting take on the theme, and an interesting experience. Had a cool look, but it felt a bit slow at times. I also got the memory error at the end.

@earnso Actually! You can fix bugs after the jam is over and update it. Then people are allowed to vote on the bugfix version. Just make sure to say what you changed ;)

Really fun concept, played a game similar to this earlier and had a riot laughing! I thought this was also very entertaining. Would be cool to see more games pop in and out that were familiar. I was surprised how intuitively I just pressed the buttons that I needed to - to control the various games that were thrown at me.
Definitely a neat concept to bombard a player with all sorts of genres. I do think you could expand on this idea, and get away with a lot of fun content!
Thanks a lot! Keep working on this!
Stellar for only 6 hours of work!

Nice presentation, all the graphics stuff works really well. It's mabye a little slower for the total ammount of content. but it's a pretty good entry. congrats!

first game i'll be ~~rating~~ playing here in ludum dare so I'm not particularly sure about the rules, but don't we have a rule regarding derivative works?

EDIT: lol, turns out i didn't participate, so i cannot put actually put any rating

This concept was really well executed. You held my attention the entire time, and the graphics and audio were supported nicely by your production work. I thought the meta narrative was really original. Great job!

Theme adaption was on point. Loved playing it. One thing bugged me was text and voice were out of sync.

Cool, reminded me of Stanley Parable! The experience overall was pretty unique. I think I would have liked it a lot more if the graphics were changed up a bit, maybe like a spoof of the originals. Good work!

A little slow with the dialogue, but overall a fun spin on the theme, and you made the best of what appears to be even less time than the rest of us had. Nice work.

Great game for only 6 hours of work. Damn!

👉 Things I liked about your submission:
- Theme adaption got me
- The glitchy / Trippy transitions

👉 Things that could be improved:
- Didnt like the voice acting

Keep on making games! If this can be made in 6 hours, I'm hyped to check what you can do the full 48 / 72 hours ;)

Make sure to go rate my submission as well!

Cool concept, I kept not playing it until the end (and right after that I got the out of memory warning on my browser  ).

It gave me vibes of Pony Island and others.

Great job, more so considering it was a 6-hour entry. Congrats!

It was a good experience. I liked your interpretation of the theme. Screen visual effects are pretty cool. Audio editing and choice of songs and sounds are very good too. I would only choose a text font that best matches. And there are some sync issues with the text, but nothing that detracts from the experience. Very good game about nothing. Like!

Very well made, loved the voice acting and text. Reminded me of The Begginner's Guide. It's really easy to end up just being cliche, but by keeping the game short you kept the concept intriguing and fun. Congratulations!

Good entry, I liked that you took the effort to voice act the entire game. That said, the WebGL version ran out of memory right at the end. Although I didn't try it, I wonder what would have happened if I "lost" the tetris or flappy bird clone.

Review time: What I really like about this one, while one of the others that stresses on a game about nothing, you were able to make it entertaining, with the narrations, as well as the flickering graphics. Lol I went back and tried to beat the flappy bird, but you always cut it even when I pass through the pipe. smh bugs.

It's even amazing how you were able to do it in 6 hours. WELL DONE!

Haha I love the meta-narrative here, and the visual effects are really neat. I always appreciate voice acting in a game jam, and I really appreciated the subtitles, since it can be hard for me to understand sometimes. I did run into a bug where as soon as the game ended it ran out of memory on the web build, but I guess that's perfect timing lol. Great work!
