Greenspace by dgibso29

unknown (2sss).pngGreenspace puts you in the role of the sole survivor of a ruined space station. With every breath bringing you closer to asphyxiation, your goal is to reclaim areas & fill them with life-giving plants. To do so, you must clear the station of debris & destroy space junk and asteroids for materials.

...Or, so we planned. About an hour before submission it became clear we needed about 4 more hours. So we recommend recommend you just choose endless mode and experience the mood! One of our testers happily spent a full hour playing asteroid soccer inside the station.

How to Play: Move with Arrow Keys Look with mouse Destroy crates & space objects with Left click to gather Material, Soil, and Moisture. Build hydrobays by left clicking on empty "sleds" in the station. They take 2 soil & 4 materials to build while providing 4 oxygen & consuming 2 water.

Have fun!

Love the music and the art style! Bonus fun for ramming two planters onto the wall so they're vertical then trying to shove a crate between them at as high a speed as possible.

Good Idea, bad realisation. Try to improve it!

Good idea and nice graphics! The voice was hard to understand and after building everything I didn't know what to do.

"Good Idea, bad realisation." ??? Wow how helpful lol.

So the art and the atmosphere (ironic?) were great, but I didn't get that spacey feel because there was no sense of momentum in my movements; no inertia. Also unless I missed something there's no way to fly up or down, so it was a bit cumbersome to travel around the station. I do really like the part where you can plant things, I'm a sucker for farming lol.
Good submission!

Great graphics and music! I had some issues with scaling on a 4k screen, and I didn't really know what to do after I've cleared the whole ship and build all of the plants, but with some improvements there is some potential. Nice job for such a short time!

I agree with the previous comments. It is funny to play but short :)
