Like&Subscribe is a side-scrolling horror-adventure. You are the young streamer girl Doppel, who in pursuit of popularity visited an abandoned shopping mall. Keep your stream alive, raise view count and try not to die under mysterious circumstances.

Unfortunately, things took way more time than we thought, so we had to cut off even some of the finished content. As a result, it's just a very basic prototype with a few minutes of gameplay. It still features some graphics, music, animations, jokes and (we hope) gives a gist of what to expect from the full version! Please tell us what you think!

Controls:

Movement — A/D

Right Click to switch camera, then Left Click to comment on a thing (~6 objects to comment on for now)

Commenting on different objects changes the number of viewers. Keep the stream alive!

What a spooky graphic and atmosphere, you completely keep it!
Also is it possible to do something with mannequin in the left, looks like colliding with him stops the game?

I really dig the atmosphere! It's a shame you couldn't get it where you wanted it, but I'm looking forward to more!

@team-on Thanks! We really had our time designing all the stuff. And, sadly, no, the mannequin brings us to an end of the prototype. But we're planning to expand our game with further content and game mechanics!

@grentacular Thanks! Hope we'll bring more to this game soon!

It's a really good base for a full game. The concept is interesting and the art looks very good and polished. Can't wait for an extended version!

I really liked the idea, I hope that you will expand the game more, I was very curious to see where it was going. Great job on the atmostphere too !

Cool concept that could really benefit from more time put into the development. I really like the idea and the theme. The character walk cycle seems a little bit stiff though, not sure what's about that.

Thanks! We'll certainly expand it and make a full-fledged game. You can expect a lot more enemies, ways to defeat them, multiple endings and more!

Wow, that was very well done, and a very innovative concept! I've heard some whisperings that your planning on finishing it... Followed on Itch so I get a notification when you do! Even for just a concept it was fun!

A very nice concept and the basic feel is pretty spooky already.
One quality of life suggestion would be to somehow mark the comment-able stuff, i.e. give them an outline/glow when the cursor hovers over them.

This is super cool! Great potential! already spooky, 100% relatable. Quality stuff! the twitch chat is a perfect replication of the real thing. and yes i saw that guy is gay

Art is amazing only problem is its too short! sold me on a concept then took it away!!! (I legitmately restarted multiple times thinking there had to be a way out)

Oh and for the outline around commentable stuff Having twitch chat hint towards it (and react of course!) would be great! Ahh look at me getting lost in the potential here!

You say there's more to come? I'll be back. Its off to a great start!

Honestly, the idea is really fun and such a good concept, such a shame you couldnt release more gameplay.

The mood is great, SFXs really help, very spooky.

Loved this.

Neat idea, good graphics, awesome audio (very ambient, creates a good atmosphere). Is there any way to get by the mannequin enemy?

Nice theme interpretation. Feels like all the separate pieces are there, but they don't *quite* come together - animation is cool but the PC kinda floats, backdrops are great but there's not much indicating what's interactable or not, clearly an idea too packed in terms of scope to be managed in a weekend.

Got potential however, like I can imagine adding twitch interaction support and turning this into a spectator survival horror.

This is an interesting game, I would LOVE to see it getting bigger, the art is just great! It would be so interesting to see the full game! And/or make the game first person - seeing the head of the streamer, who is talking to her audience, while something happens behind her.

The graphics are very nice on the main character, background and the monsters (I gotta say I love me the monster designs).

I cannot wait to see what you guys do with the finished build, as I think this concept can be expanded upon is fun and interesting ways.

I feel that items that have been commented on could have some sort of indicator that they could be commented on, though that may lessen the challenge in keeping your stream alive.

Either way, nice job and good luck in the making of the final build.

Such a neat concept, I would love to see more of this, maybe give it a full on story. You definetly have something special here and you should build on it. Definetly one of the most promising games I have played so far! Well done!

Pretty cool. It would be good if the controlls would be explained in-game

Some very nice artwork here and I love the use of theme, but with nho way to deal with that one enemy it dose leave a bit to be desired. I cam imagen a Clocktower style parody game with this theme working really well. Where the character is constantly hiding and trying to evade the killer while at the same time live streaming the whole thing.
