I absolutely loved the graphics on this game. The whole game gave me nostalgic vibes from paper mario for some reason lol.

Cute graphics and nice music. I think, the movement speed shoud be increased. It is a bit annoying to walk this slow through the train. But overall a good job!

It was quite a fun game to play and enjoy! I quite enjoyed the little voice responses the passengers had, and the idea behind the game itself!

Nice idea ! I enjoyed graphics and music.
Got a bit frustrated : once the train start to slow too much, I felt like I couldn't speed him again, even if I gave it all the coal of the world :(
I think I would like to feel more the impact of coal level on the speed. Otherwiser nice game there !
Edit : And the fact that I just finished Red Dead Redemption 2 probably make me like your game more :)

Very cool concept, loved the art style, took me a little to figure out what i was supposed to do, but I pulled through. I don't know what I did wrong though, the train stopped working even though I had full coal and the passengers were all fed and had their tickets checked.

Nice and relaxing game, but I'm a bit lost on the coal mechanics

Nice game. The idea is great, and the music is nice and soothing. The movement speed felt a little slow (Just my opinion), and I do not know why I died. Great jam entry!

I think my train ran out of coal even though I tried shoveling more, weird.
Good game concept anyway, I liked the graphics and the music but I wish the walk speed would be a bit higher.

Hahah this was a really cool nostalgic feeling game that creates a lovely mood. The game concept is good, the graphics are great, the sound effects are funny.. I just wish the walk speed was quicker, it's the only thing that ut me off the game as I started to get bored of slowly walking back and forward. Increasing this slightly would make the game much more enjoyable. :D x

For some reason the feeling of the game reminded me of North & South for the Amiga, even though the games are nothing alike. I actually quite enjoyed this game, it was quite relaxing until I realised we were slowing down. It looks like once it hits zero coal the train slows to a stop regardless of whether you add more coal. The feedback of the train visibly slowing down was a more natural indicator of the "health of the train" than perhaps an onscreen gauge (e.g. a health bar) would have been, so that was an inspired design choice.
