Nice! It crashes when I use Safari, but Chrome seemed to work. I love the art, the concept was pretty easy to understand, although it did take me a minute. I didn't realize until about halfway through my play that I wasn't allowed to pick up wood when the bad mushrooms were there and that the little red icon meant that they were present. But I got it eventually lol. Good work! Good sound design and everything seemed to work properly.

Really loved your game @darkfire92 ! Super cute graphics, great mechanics, very intense action-packed clicker with a smart design. I got some problems when the HP and spawn rate of "Evil Shrooms" begins to start to scalate and go crazy once times goes close to the end.. but Ha! That was fun, very, very fun and cool.

I'm going to give it a try later - want to finish and reach the "You are the winner!" screen.. lol

Cheers and congratulations! Awesome game! :v:

P.s. I didn't know the "Evil Shroom Radar" worked on a global map variable instead of per room base. Wasted time trying to pick the wood logs once I killed all shrooms on the room.. just to discover that I needed to kill ALL OF'EM on the map to be able to pick any log... lol

You have really awesome graphic right there

Cons:
It could use some ambient
Time is just to long

This is extremely well done! Polished, super pleasant to the senses. While the gameplay can be expanded upon, what you have done here has been done VERY well. Definitely one of the more memorable submissions I've yet encountered!

I see I'm not the only one who thought about keeping fire alive after seeing the theme

The game looks absolutely beautiful, the most polished and high quality art I've seen here so far! Though gameplay could use more variation. And for some reason I wanted to switch screens using keyboard arrows, instead of clicking the mushrooms :D

Not much of a gameplay for now, but the art is beautiful and the mushrooms' sound effects are gorgeous

I'm terrible at this. Lovely art, nice mood and concept. What you need to do wasn't that clear to me tho

The art is pretty interesting, I liked it!
Pretty good atmosphere coming from the mixture of background audio and visuals. The SFX felt a bit out of place however.

I was a bit frusturated that I couldn't move around screens with the arrow keys. It felt counterintuitive to not be able to pick up logs while there were mushrooms around :(.

The art is incredible! It's so moody, clicking on the mushrooms is really satisfying, and I loved the glowing shroom warning. Seconding the idea that being able to move screens with the arrow keys would improve the experience and speed up the gameplay. Overall super impressive

Clicker mechanics gets old really fast but in this genre, it's far from being a bad game.I think the time frame is too long. It still deserves a good rating, the graphics are very pretty and polished and, as I said, if I have to play a clicker, I would play this one.

I absolutely loved the visuals and atmosphere of this, and it felt very polished. It was a bit too easy, I only came close to losing at the very end but then recovered and continued well into overtime. So far this is one of my favorite submissions!

Liked the art and camera/control scheme a lot, very unique. It was pretty easy, it was hard to tell if there was any way to make progress when my firewood supply was full. Would have appreciated something to do in those times, although I did see that the enemies started getting harder.

This was a great jam entry. The atmosphere blew me away. The game didn't launch properly on Chrome at first though, so I had to use Firefox to launch it. For some reason on Chrome, most of the art assets did not load and the only part that loaded was background. Highscore of 20345.

Lovely art and atmosphere! I really like the idea of switching between these different scenes with the same character in; gives it a bit of a narrative feel? I did maybe find it a bit too long, and the gameplay seemed to suddenly shift from comfortably having a full stack of wood to there being so little time between mushrooms that you could barely pick up more, without any real shades in between. The core gameplay concept worked for me though, and the quality of the art can't be overstated!

Really enjoyed this! The game has great art and creates a feeling of tension. After some time i discovered, that my touchscreen allows me to cheat a little and traverse between two sides quicker than any mouse user could ever.

This is the game with the most unique mechanics I've seen in the jam, really innovative.
Pixel art nice, soundscape good, sound effects.
Great job guys!

Cool art, sounds well balanced, pretty good arcade difficulty, the main goal (595s is achievable pretty easilly after 1 or 2 playthrought). Not beeing able to pick logs while there is an ennemy on other pannels can be frustrating but it's part of the difficulty and there is the red mark on you.
I think it would play really nice on a smartphone too!

Nice! The graphics are nice (not sure why i can't score it though?). The music was wonderfully atmospheric, but some of the FX detract from that a little too much. switching between scenarios was interesting. would sure like to see what comes next!

Surprisingly fun game, admittedly reminded me a bit of FNAF with the screen switching mechanics. I think the "combat" could use some reworking, though. While spam clicking the mouse isn't so bad on weaker enemies, it gets very exhausting real quick when dealing with the more damage spongy shrooms that start spawning after a while. I think there should also be some kind of indicator for where the mushrooms are coming from. Maybe you could use spatial sound so that people could figure out where the mushrooms are based on where the sound they emit is coming from?

This game was amazing to play! I loved every moment of it, I originally played it while the jam was still ongoing and I really enjoyed it though sadly I didn't screenshot my end screen at that point, but I did replay it now (I didn't even know there were WASD controls but I'm happy there are now!)

so, this is amazing! I loved playing this game then, and I love it even more now. Great and amazing job! ![dfghdrssyr.PNG](///raw/1b8/c2/z/324c9.png)

Really pretty artwork and a nice atmosphere with the audio and the feel of the whole thing. I must admit I didn't really _get it_ though. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the spawning of the mushrooms and whether or not I was able to pick up the firewood. So, specifically the red shadow shroom at the top most often stayed there after I'd killed the mushrooms and it was just pot luck as to whether he'd disappear long enough for me to collect wood. I ended up with about 8 seconds left I think, before the fire went out.

The art was great, but the gameplay was a little repetitive. Also felt kind of motion sick at times, paging through the scenes so quickly. But the overall look and tone of the game was super solid :)

Nice concept ! I love the graphics

The game is a bit long for a Jam, but it keeps the nice concept that all clickers game lover will enjoy !
All fits really well together, the music and colors you chose to use gives a nice oppressive atmosphere.

After first try I was able to get a pretty nice score :grinning:

![capture.png](///raw/2bb/2/z/32965.png)

Putting a concept art of the game at the end was a very good idea too.
Very good entry !

Very cute graphics. The concept is nice, but at some point, it became impossible for me to have time even picking one log because the enemies were respawning too fast.

I only got a total score of 20045, my overtime clicking just wasn't fast enough to get anymore wood after that. The graphics and audio really came together to set the mood and atmosphere of the game. Nothing was overly done but created a wonderfully blended atmosphere to the game. My only downside to the game is I just went back and forth to the different screens and clicked on either wood or mushrooms, maybe just something more mid to late game would have kept it a bit more interesting throughout the entire game.

I think the game was way too long. At the start there's nothing much happening and at the end it's impossible to do anything, since there's a new enemy every second. It was fun

Incredible art and atmosphere!

I have to admit it took me a bit to figure out how it's played. Likely that's partially due to lack of feedback when hovering over something clickable (using a hand cursor for that would've been nice), which resulted in me trying to click the red icon that hovers over your head repeatedly. After I got the hang of it it was quite fun though!

A countdown for when you're about to lose might've been nice too.

Wow, this is a very charming little game! I absolutely loved the artwork and overall mood with this one. I'm having a difficult time coming up with any constructive criticism. The only thing I might suggest, if you continue to develop this, is to make the rounds a little shorter. I was having a great time, but my hand got a tired near the end from killin' shrooms. Maybe I just have weak wrists, haha. Fantastic job!
