The art style fits well and the gameplay is smooth. You could definitely tweak the game to improve it by adding sound effects and more feedback for certain actions like attack, take damage, pick up antidote, turrets charging up, running out of time etc, to make the game feel more reactive. The controls are simple and the game plays well. Given some more time and the features you suggested such as procedurally generated levels I could see this being really fun and having replayability.
