Not a bad concept, but I think you need to explain how to play in a little more detail, if not in your game, then in the description. I had the vague notion that I was supposed to keep resources up, but I wasn't sure what was important in what way, and it seemed like the resources hitting 0 didn't necessarily have an immediate effect?

There's a great idea here, but it looks like you may have run out of time to finish it before the jam. I'd love to see it in a more complete state, and I hope you keep working on it.
