Hi, game did not start for me with unity initialization error in console.. I think problem is in chosen compression method in unity project setting for build. https://docs.unity3d.com/2020.1/Documentation/Manual/webgl-building.html. Try changing it to GZip. I had same problem yesterday with itch.io. They provide content with gzip header.
