I like everything about it, except that the green and yellow are slightly too similar for me, so I struggle on the quicker levels there :s. Otherwise, awesome concept and idea!

Interesting entry! It was fun before I got the speed boost. It might just be me, but I feel like it increases the difficulty a little too much. Other than that, great game!

Awesome concept! Only thing i would change is a timer after a level up because i found my self failing the first step after a level up because i needed time to see which color is where

Pretty solid game play until the speed boost. Until then I was near perfect. After speed boost I was almost always missing. Maybe instead of the abrupt jump in speed scale in in relation to % of song? This way you'd gradually get used to faster and faster play.

I'm into it but I definitely wish I had played it on my phone. My laptop has a touch screen and that made it a little more doable but It definitely isn't going to work with a mouse or a trackpad. The speed of the game probably needs to be adjusted because it did seem to ramp in difficulty a little too quickly, and combining that with adding so many more colors so quickly seemed to make the difficulty curve go up before I had really gotten comfortable. It's a neat design though.

Pretty fun. I had a bit of trouble catching the first one after reaching a new level. It might need a bit more of a delay so you have time to reorientate.

Fun concept! I really like it. However, I'd like to see improved graphics! Especially some extra juicyness, since the gameplay's rather simple. I believe that playing around with effects, shaders and particles would improve this game a bunch! G'job!

Wow. This was really polished! I agree with Quak that the difficulty ramps up quite fast though. I also found that when you miss one beat it prevents your movement for a second which is just enough to cause a chain reaction of missed beats. That was quite frustrating, but otherwise this is really fun!

Great game! I would like to see the ball movement less discrete. I think if was continuously moving in and out, I feel like it would be more interesting and there would be less dead time just waiting for the ball to move. The pace can suffer if the ball is randomly placed at the right color, which happened multiple times in a row. Well done!

I join wujong's comment. There is definitely not enough time to react on the first step of each level.
Otherwise, amazing entry! A very simple, perfectly executed concept, that's what how you rox a gamejam

Great visuals and audio. The difficulty was alright for me until it hit the 3 color speed up. It might help if you showed a move or 2 into the future so that people could queue up moves in their head instead of just relying purely on reaction time.

@grenk that's an awesome idea, thank you!

@everyone, at present, the immediate move after a level up should be to do nothing, basically a free move right after the level up because of the lack of time otherwise.

Nice game, very polished ! It’s quite hard after a certain time, but it’s good ! :) The game also gives good feedback, well done.

@quak I'm really thinking of a way to keep the game in timr with the music, but still increase the speed and my solution will be to only increase the colors on this song.

Really nice game! The only thing I didn't like as much was the mouse control - I might have prefered it to capture the mouse or sth. As it is it feels a bit clunky and breaks the immersion for me.

Really cool game, really fun and polished for a jam game. I didn't love the controls with a mouse but I can see it might work better with touch input. Losing control during the level up animation was a bit disconcerting.

That was very cool. I can see this game as something you play on mobile. It is simple, but very creative. I really appreciate that even if you miss the mark the game continues, because I missed a lot! Really nice balance here. I like how the game got faster and had more colors. All around, this is a good game!

I enjoyed this entry! I think there was good audio/visual feedback when you miss one which provided a nice relief when you were able to get them correct later in the game when it is going faster. It definitely got fairly difficult later on and the mouse controls were a tad difficult to work with. However the music was good and overall I think this is a nice entry!
