In this game you throw a great party and need to make sure everyone is having a great time, but... Is the music too loud? Does everyone have drinks and snacks? Is the toilet failing? Oh no! IS THAT PUKE?!

There is a lot to do, can you handle it?

Controls:

  • Move: WASD or Arrow Keys
  • Interact: E or Space

Help:

  • Be sure to always have a CD playing, you can have two CDs in the stereo, go fetch a CD from the CD rack and leave it at the stereo to keep the music playing.

  • If the volume is too loud or too soft, Go to the stereo, and interact to change it!

  • Puke is disgusting, grab the mop and clean it up, be sure to leave the mop back into a bucket.

  • No snacks? Be sure to keep your bowls full! Grab one, go to the popcorn machine to fill it up, then leave it back at the table.

  • No drinks? Similarly, grab a bottle and change it for a new one at the mini-fridge then leave it back at the table.

  • If the toilet is out of order, you can grab the mop and go clean it, then leave the mop back in a bucket.

  • Oh the lights go out now and then, you can go to the switch and turn them back on.

Cool game! There was always something to keep me busy but I never felt that there was too much at the same time, so that's balanced really well.

I like the idea of getting feedback through tweets, but because I'm so busy I don't really have time to read all of them. I think this could have been solved by making the tweets green and red for good and bad tweets, or at least a happy and angry emoji.

I ended up with 48 points. I don't really know what that means. What is the maximum score? I can't really do or feel anything with this random number you're giving me.

Other than those two complaints the game is a solid Ludum Dare game. Good job!

Fun coincidence: we made the exact same game concept! Thought I'm having much more fun playing your game than ours ahahah
Really like the execution, it's just fun to frantically try to keep everything running smoothly. Wish there was a way to know if I'm anywhere near "the end" (if any). Great music, too!
