Looks good! Well it isn't a secret where you've got your inspiration from ;). I like the premise, too bad you couldn't finish the race level. Also the controls are a bit wonky sometimes, I couldn't use the lawnmower when I was close to berries. Overall well done!

The graphics look so much like South Park, it's inspired it's true, but it's really successful ! I love it, it's super cool ! Really great. The game is very interesting and the game is really innovative. Really cool ! Good job for a game jam :D

@sam-machell I appreciate it. It was quite a task to implement the 2.5D since I haven't done it before. But it isn't that uniqe :) It was inspired from the South Park series.

@drtizzle I know, it would have been nice to have a race level at the end and some more tasks you could do to earn money. About the controls...I know, but it was too late when I noticed it and didn't have enough time to redo that part of the code. Thank you ;)

@goupixm Your message was received with many thanks. At the and of the jam I was quite insecure about this game since you couldn't do very much in it and it wasn't very intuitive to play. You made me feel a lot better. Thank you :)

Great concept, really liked the art style and the ambient sound..


If you did work on this post dare, I'd change everything to mouse/touch control, and drop the wasd/arrows + space thing for the mower.

From the first round being a loss ( I won, but with negative time ) - I just mowed everywhere I walked to collect the berries, as it had no impact on walking speed that I could tell.

I guess the trash diving and dog walking weren't in this one, but it's a cool concept.

Would actually be pretty cool as a mobile game, particularly if the movement is changed up ( the main character as path finding , no space/wasd as before )

Oh , and the race part could be really cool. If the more you earned , the better the peices for the cart, like red-bull soapbox race style!


Well, looks very good and played as grasscutter simulator for me. Add some calm, quite music and it will be very meditative :)
When I play, i very want to see some easter eggs because of game style. May be add some hidden notes, that you can read on the map?

Wow, graphics is really good. Very smooth and stylsih (hey South Park). The concept is also very fitting. Nice little game. Good job, dude!

Looove the South Park inspiration in all the details, from the graphics to the character animations. Lovely atmosphere sounds as well (did you record those in your backyard?) I thought I'd reach the cup screenshot you showed in the game description at the end but I guess it would have been after the race? Anyways really cool little entry, would love to see it finished. South Park Stick of Truth is one of my favorite games ever :)

Well done was fun! Reminded of South Park! Would have liked to have the instructions on the side of the screen while playing too, but other than that, pretty satisfying!
