I like it, it was pretty good. But, you're not really stuck in a loop :C

Not bad for 24 hours. Even had a title screen. Game feels responsive, not sure if this is truly a loop though!! But overall good job!!

Left you some feedback on itch.io. I agree it doesn't really feel like the theme but I think it would still be worth building this out into a full game.

Nice game! But it looked impossible to pass the spikes a few levels in. And the music does not loop :)

@tomodachi @newbiedev @akhil841 Yeah I should have spent more time on brainstorming 😅. But thank you very much for your feedback. (Can it fit the theme cause the players are intertwined in a loop 🤔)

Neat take on the 2 players being controlled by the same input mechanic. I liked the music a lot too, really relaxing. It stopped for me after one loop though unfortunately. Amazing game for 24 hours!

Great game! Although there isn't much "looping", I did get stuck on the diamond spike levels. Good fun though and this could easily be expanded to have many more levels

A small and stylish puzzle with well-implemented system of 2 characters which I see many times on jams, but it's not bad. Moreover, art and sounds are also well-made.

Nice idea. Good graphics.

I my opinion it could have been more challenging if the two ghosts had to reach the goal at the same time (mostly my strategy has been to lock one ghost, make the other complete the level and then go back to the first one to make it finish the level as well).

It's a really clever game, is the thing. For 24 hours it's also an impressive amount of work!

I wouldn't worry about the theme, I see it as a jumping off point to inspire you. Good job.

@lychee , @jafcraze , @tricky-fat-cat , @jordan-kelly Thank you very much for the kind feedback for the game.

also @loig That was the original idea but did not do it as I thought it would give the player a fair advantage against the spikes. Yeah but the strategy would go due to the mechanic. I could have made the level have more twists and turns to prevent them from just camping.

Love the game! The graphics are cute and the controls are simple and intuitive. the tutorial level was nice and quick. I can't believe you made this in 24 hours! The only things I can say is: use sound effects where you can. It adds so much to the game! And I can't really find the theme in this one. Which is not a problem, only the community adds some weight to the theme while rating. I'll won't do that of course :-)

Well done sir, it is a fun game to

Epic, really good idea, it is not so stuck in a loop, but ok. I love the idea, if you could expand it and make a bigger game, or maybe full release i would like to play.

@omeletton Yeah after my annual school exams, I have plans to make this a small polished puzzle game.

@wouter52, The lack of soundeffects was due to my inability to program it. I lost a major chunk of time in programming the sound-effects which could have been used for other polish. But hey at least I got to understand the need of polish.

Well done! For me, trying to figure out how to do it was like: "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Congratulations! You made a puzzle game that could really stump me!

Really nice entry ! Perfect minimal art style, nice music and perfect gameplay.
I just don't understand why "Bhoot && Toobh" instead of "Bhoot && Toohb" for a perfect palindromic sentence ;)

It was nice until the level with the corridor that I couldn't pass, even after reseting 50 times. The music also stopped playing so that was kinda depressing.

Other than that, a nice style and good art worked well with the gameplay and it was fun.

Well done. Great gameplay. The minimalistic artstyle and the contrasting colors are really nice. And it is a really original idea. Most of the levels I played were very well balanced, but the one in the screenshot felt a bit too difficult with only an extremely tiny margin for error. But that may only mean that I need to git gud

Anyway - great game.

Looked great and nice mechanic, although I noticed that the music didn't loop? Oh and another one weren't the character names supposed to be Bhoot & Toohb (as opposed to the second one being Toobh? haha)
Nevertheless, great achievement especially in such a short time, congrats!

The game is cute and the gameplay is solid. I like double-braining puzzle games! I've unfortunately encountered a collision bug that if you have ghost hugging the top or the bottom wall, it may get stuck for some reason, breaking your solution as it's very placement-based puzzle. If you can fix/polish that a little, I think you have a solid game to expand upon. Good job!

@peace-of-cake-games && @dumbdumb Thank you very much for the feedback. I really appreciate it.

@gaming-night Yeah that was one of the things I realised after making the game. I did that cause I though "Toobh" was more easy to pronounce than "Toohb"

@invixel Funny story, it was getting late and I was burned out. I thought why not add music at the last second. So I wrote a script to make a seamless music transition but forgot to make the music loop. Which I realised after playtesting the game the next day. Yeah the corridor levels can be hard at times as you never know at which position you can pass through them. But thank you very much for the feedback.

@cosmicpickle Yeah the levels with the diamond spikes are pretty hard. When I saw my friends playing it, I immidiately noticed that they were struggling with it. But still thank you very much for the great and positive comments.

Really interesting concept although I didn't completely see the relation to the theme. Still, you executed this really well apart from some minor bugs (like getting stuck at top or bottom walls). The clear gameplay and simple graphics fit well together, I think and I could see myself playing a more fleshed out version for while. Overall, very nice entry!

Really nice game, as others have said there's not much link to the theme here, but who am I to talk :D

Very good jam game! Great effort for your time restrictions (it felt really well polished with the smooth transitions and clean graphics)! I enjoyed playing it and liked the music (especially how well suited it was to the game style). I liked the puzzling aspect and think it worked well. Something to add could be making the WASD keys control one character with the arrow keys for the other. In this case, the gameplay would still be the same, it just means if the player wishes to control the black character with the usual "left goes left" and "right goes right" logic, they can (and they can do the same thing with the white character, which is already the case). Effectively, the player can reverse the logic if they want. Additionally, I noticed sometimes my character got stuck on smooths walls (usually helped me to be honest) so there's just a few things to iron out there (and some of the levels were more about squeezing through small gaps by a matter of pixels rather than puzzling logic but that's fine). These are just ideas for what to add but what you already have is brilliant! Just to comment on the graphics, they were simple and effective (especially with how well you chose the colour palette). I also liked how the level colours were inverted yet the hazards (the spikes) were the same colour in both. (You interpreted the theme well too.) High ratings!

@emperor-eagle Instead of WASD local controller input based multiplayer would be cool. Your WASD keys idea gave me an idea for a chaotic local multiplayer where one controls his avatar and his friends avatar and vice-versa. Thank you very very much for the amazing and positive feedback and this cool idea for this game. Highly appreciated.
