My advice is that you should add something that gives some sense of progress. I was killing mosquitos and I didn't know if I was going anywhere actually. Put some score or a progress bar so that you know that you are progressing. Putting some buttons in the final scene would be nice, like replaying the game. As I got to the final scene I was like \"and now? what will happen?\" nothing happened. Aside these 2 points (and some music) I don't have much to add. The concept is good and the implementation is good, too. I got to grips with the controls and mechanics almost instantly which is good. I liked the variety of different enemies you had to prevent from attacking your sleeping friend. My favourite was the enemy that created a flash over the screen. Adding sounds effects and music would be a nice improvement.
