A crysis in heaven forces God to put you in charge of your own human for the very first time. Unfortunately for you, keeping a human alive is not that simple...

You get Brian, who is (apparently) one of the more complex humans out there. You just need to make sure Brian doesn't die by controlling pretty much everything he does: eating, drinking and sleeping. You need to make sure his right and left brain's activity is balanced, and you need to get his anxiety in check.

Made in 70 hous for Ludum Dare 46.

The intro is hilarious, and the game is a fantastic litany of multitasking challenges that you'll soon be juggling like a pro. It reminds me of Manual Samuel, if you know what that game is.

fun game :) , enjoyed the intro and how you introduced the mechanics one by one

Nice catchy gameplay, voice recording, cool minimalist pixel art. It's pretty good ! saving this to see if there is more task adding up latter in the game.

I like this take on standard clicker genre. You should consider mobile version.

The bars didn't seem to give me much wiggle room, and all kind off drifted towards death. Didn't have much time to work with the minigames at all.

Really solid game, had alot of fun. It is pretty brutal to manage all of the elements but thats the who goal. I dont know if I saw all of them, but I got 2:29 for my best. It would have been nice if the Brain options were closer to the bar, since I had to glance back and forth really fast. The intro was pretty funny. Hot keys would have been amazing, maybe e to toggle food, 1 and 2 for the choices, arrow keys for the minigames, w to drink, r to sleep? dont know, but it would help with optimizing my gameplay.

hah that was pretty entertaining.
i liked the multitasking, although the last element (bottom left) served to confuse me more than anything. I also felt at some point that the game was "unfair", the balance was a little tough, but overall i enjoyed. Maybe adding some way of progression could give this game better replay value? Overall though really fun.

also, bug: if you click on the sleep-meter, you can just automatically set it to any value.

Got tough in the end and gave me flashbacks to the simpsons intro, + nice pixel art! Cool stuff!

Very fun little minigame management. The audio was great. I was surprised the music didn't get tiring but it was so upbeat I found myself just jamming to it. Accidentally left the food on and brian ate too much McDonalds.

Really fun game, I enjoyed playing it! I wasn't sure why I ended up dying at the end, though. I enjoyed the animation + narration. Kept me engaged + interested. I also thought the music was groovy! Great work.

It was fun but the only thing that would make the game even better is the option to skip the intro/tutorial. Maybe there is a way and I didnt find it haha Well made.

Really fun game, but I didn't understood why I'm killed him, i guess was something with the mood. Anyway great game!
PS: Subtitles would be nice.

Fun and stressful, it would be nice to have subtitles to the voices. It's nice to have a tutorial because the game is not easy.

The music and sound effects are VERY cool and gets you in the mood.

I liked it, a lot, good job.

A simple 'manage multiple subsystems at once' game, but a funny one at that. The voice acting is hilarious, though I missed some extra voicing at the failstate. The UI elements are clear and easy to understand, was not confused at all. Keep up the good work!

Well I was keeping going... I was keeping going!
The balance get so stressful! even if I quit driving :D So stressful but quite fun to manage all that in a timely fashion.
My first death screen was a big WHAAAAT? And then I understood some little tricks.
The thing that is a little frustrating is when you get use to the game, having to wait 25 seconds before having some challenge again was a bit redundant, but its was still pleasant after waiting that amount of time.
Surely not the game of the year (reffering to what you said in your stream :P), but a funny little time to pass on :)

This is an awesome idea, I like this game. God's comments and music are fantastic :)
A bit uncomfortable for me was that I can't see when the Brian will be dead. Maybe add some HP indicator for him. But I really like this simple tasks combined together. Well done!

Amazing game quality for a jam game. Simple art looks amazing and audio effects add a lot to the game feel.
I found it very hard to give Brian enough sleep, but for me difficulty is right.

Great game, Cheers!

That’s a nice game here! The gameplay is very fun, I love the mood, and the difficulty curve is very well done! Damn, the balance is hard to manage after some time! xD

Just a little commentary: the indications only given by the english-speaking god’s voice can be confusing for those who aren’t very fluent in English, like I am  Some subtitles could have helped solve this issue!

This game! I didn't expect such. Love the mechanics. That really fun. I didn't really know how I killed him though. The god voice is a bit hard to understand too. But overall, it was fun and something different!

It is a fun game... until Brian starts some activities outside the house and realizes that he wants to play videogames and so on) As an angel I wish Brian would just eat, drink and sleep) As a player I had a fun time with this game)

This is so neat!!!. I loved how the mechanic was introduced one by one. When the last mechanic was introduced, it becomes so chaotic I hardly can focus on the last mechanic. The music was so awesome. The VO really funny tho. Really well polished introduction.

A fun and challenging take on this style of game. I think that the addition of elements was quite well passed, and the increase in challenge felt pretty good. I thought that the intro was a bit long, and the voiceover was difficult to understand for me, so I ended up feeling like I was sitting in near silence for a while at the start of each attempt. I thought that the music was quite good, and I loved the way that it ramped up the tempo and added more elements as the game elements were added. The gameplay itself was not the most effective for me, some of the added elements were rather confusing the first time they showed up and by the time I figured out what was going on they had dropped low enough that it was difficult to recover. Overall an interesting game, well done for a jam!

Nice little game you got there! As other mentioned already the intro is bit too long and some skip option would be great. Also, I kinda miss the Brian, would be great to see him somewhere, or did I miss something?! :) Overall really nice idea how to approach the theme! Really great that you included the voices as well. Great job! Thank you

Some nice voice work there, and the pointless-device type of mechanics were really fun and anxiety inducing! Reminded me a bit of "Keep talking and nobody explodes" modules, and that's a good thing! Great job!

All in all, this was pretty fun and it was appropriately challlenging as well.
It was nice how you intruduced mechanics one after another, but initially I thought "well, something might be broken because I only see one button on a black background". To prevent this, you could have provided some control center background, similarly to "Please, don't touch anything".

To make things clear, you made laugh from the start of the game. Then the tutorial happened and I was like "Oh, so that's everything? It's okay, the game have humor but not gameplay" but boi I couldn't be more wrong... When the logic/emotions bar appear I said "damn!" but when the minigame window appeared I couldn't make it, my highscore is 2:50. This game is simple, quick, entertaining, and funny. Amazing work!

I played very badly. I'm a terrible angel. I can't take care of a human being (I think that's why I am as I am). I laughed too much, for sure!

Congratulations!

The intro had me rolling. This was so funny. Great job on the audio man. But the rest of the game had interesting UX and was well balanced. Very challenging. I wasn't able to balance enough to make use of the widget in the bottom-left corner, I kept dying after about 2 and a half minutes, but I might come back later to see if I can get further. Thanks for sharing!

Great humor, engaging and silly music, solid difficulty ramp, and fun to play! I had trouble getting the anxiety bar/sheep thing working, although that might have been something on my end. One teeny tiny nitpick would be to have sleep be toggle-able, instead of food. Otherwise I enjoyed the challenge and the comedy! Nice job!
