As resident pilot, it is your duty to help the three islands that sit beneath you. On these islands reside islanders who harvest carrots all day long, only to be disturbed by swarms of fly guys. Head into the sky to seek water from storm clouds, bring it back to the islands to restore their supply, and keep the flies at bay by waterlogging them with your water blaster. Don't forget to fuel up, and be careful out there!
Instructions
Keep the islands alive while maintaining your fuel. To keep the islands alive you must drop water off over top of them. Water can be gathered by flying through dark rain clouds up above(fuel and water storage is measured in the bottom left). At some points islands may come under siege from flies, you can take them down by shooting at them with a water blast. If you ever get lost you have a compass overhead that will point you in the direction of either the green, yellow, or pink islands. To refuel, stop at your home base and fly through the flags.

I think i'm not good at flying or maybe it is designed more with a gamepad in mind or maybe both.
The art style and the music combine together to give the most wonderful atmosphere, and the plane sounds are incredibly satisfying too. The effect of the air rushing past gives a great feeling of actually moving through the air, which is something I've found missing from some games that have flying in them. Without that it can be difficult to tell how fast you're moving, and you nailed it!
It would be great if the plane reacted a bit more to not being upright, so perhaps turned a bit when tilted sideways. For me, the game that got the feeling of aerodynamics really right was Pilotwings on the N64, and I think if your plane felt a bit more like that it'd feel even more amazing to fly around.
Had a really nice time just flying around, collecting water and listening to the music. Nice relaxing experience to wind down after three days of working too hard  thanks so much for making this!
I struggled with the flying controls, and found myself getting lost quite a bit. Also, I know you put the controls in the description above, but I totally missed that and didn't know what to do with myself for a couple of minutes. A 'how to' screen, or instructions popping up in your awesome UI style would go a long way.
Super well done!
Luckily I shot a bunch of them :sunglasses:
In all seriousness, this game is AMAZING. I can't get enough of this artstyle, and despite the action in the game, flying over this beautiful environment was just SO relaxing. The music was probably the best I've seen in a jam game, ever, it could be a proper score in a full-length game. Can't think of anything else to praise you for, this game is an easy 5 all-around! Amazing job!!!
Controls felt kinda weird at first, but I got used to them rather quickly.
Really wanted to keep playing but, sadly, I got motion sick.
Overall pretty fantastic game!
As for what could get improved, the controls were a bit hard to handle and it really cost me to get used to them. I also think there's too much blur when you turn the plane. It almost made me dizzy sometimes. Also, it's reeeeeally hard to hit the bugs, and I could see there was an auto aim but I would fire and sometimes it wouldn't work.
Overall, amazing work. I've been following you on itch since I played Soulward on the GMTK jam, and I can tell you guys put a lot of love into your games :). I would really love if you could take a moment to play our game and let me know what you think!
It's really hard to turn right and left. so if I may suggest: I think a plane is turning a bit as soon as it rolls. I may be to used to this behaviour, so playing Hare Fare was a bit frustrating, especially with such lovely designs and so much things to do with all these islands : )
And I would give money to have an auto-aim to shot those bugs. Kill, kill!!!
Thanks for the experience ^^
The only thing was that I really missed a yaw control. I think that would have made it a lot easier to control
