Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the controlls and how to collect wood, leaving me stuck at the first wave

This is the nice one. To my mind there is a problem with a balance. Gold is really rare, i get a clear map with just 2 ships.

You should probably write a few lines to explain how to play :)

Graphics are very nice. But as mentioned above, should have provided some hints on the controlls :-)

At first it looked really promising but I was very disappointed when the game was confusing and hard to control. It wasn't clear what the goal was or how I control my ship properly.

this game was a lot of fun -- can totally see you making this mobile -- took some time to figure out the controls but once i did it was worth it -- keep going with it
