It was really fun to play! The way the music changes as you're digging deeper and deeper to find the ingredients is very cool ! The graphics are also charming.
I just have a little thing to point out as I'm using an AZERTY keyboard, I struggled a bit using the controls and would have liked to use the arrow keys instead ^^'.
But really nice job !

**+** lots of flavor, great take on the theme
**+** it's a pizza planet and the ufo is spinning to dig for basil leaves and pepperoni
**-** I often wanted to dig while in the air
**-** The "complete pizza" buttons seemed mostly unnecessary
**-** The hitboxes for ingredients could be slightly bigger
Incredible entry!
I haven't seen a game utilize mining the way you have though, as mining games usually just have a straight up upgrade mechanic once you reach town. With your system though, it creates some actual thought in the mining since you have to gun for recipes. This creates decisions like "am I ahead on time for recipes? Maybe I can start carving out a route towards these mushrooms in case I get a swarm of those recipes".
As simple as it was, I actually really enjoyed the cooking portion. Several times I found myself teetering on the edge of failure, whether it was an order about to go away, or the round time itself was going to run out. So clicking on those relatively small ingredient icons was nerve-wracking, in a good way.
This seemed like a random mashup at first but the more I played it, the more I understood just how well the mechanics worked together. Kudos for making a mining game that's more than just a mining game!
Definitely had fun playing this one. Overcooked vibes but with less frustrations, haha. I like the dynamic of flying the ship out, there were a couple times I had to haul ass out of those pizza caves to make the last pizzas in time. Definitely made me laugh. That little edition of ship physics as you race back to the surface was a fun little twist.
This would be interesting as a multiplayer game where you are racing for ingredients and ramming each other out of the way.
Well done, team!
I'm currently working my way down the list to play your games so I can return the favor!
(No guarantees I'll be able to get to everyone but I'll try my best)
Extra points for the great graphics!
One small suggestion I have is to extend the area where you can grab the ingredients. Hitting the icon feels a bit fiddly. Otherwise well executed!
Don't know if thats only my pc, but the game starrted to lag pretty quickly, maybe you could do an optimized version, for lower technical standarts.
Apart from that I really liked it. The difficulty was way to hard, at least for me, I could hardly manage to get all the ingredients in time. Especially at the beginning, because I didn't get the controls. More explanation would help.
Also: I would have loved to be able to dig to the left and right in mid-air and not only when grounded, because to always pick up ingredients from above took time and made the game much harder. Else the UFO controls were great.
But really like the concept and fits the theme on the point, and could imagine a larger game with more ingredients, bigger terrain and some other mechanics.
What also could lower the difficulty would be to remove the topping component. Its a nice toouch and it was fun to put on the ingredients after collecting them. But it really took more time then necessary and i think the game could do with a simpler method as well. If you want to keep it maybe increase the pizza order time.
But these are all small changes and the game right now is already really fun and complex for such a small amount of time. I invested quite some time in this one!
I liked how the game had a progress meter ("day 1/4") -- that's something I should have put in my game!
I wish there weren't separate levels, but instead a single infinite/large level so that your past choices stuck around.
Thanks for the game!

Once I figured out that I had to drill to get the ingredients I found it someone challenging to start rows to get to the ingredients I needed. Multiple times there would be a empty hole and right next to it would be the ingredients I wanted but I couldn't drill sideways from above easily. I could only drill from the floor.
On the 4th day I also discovered certain ground that I couldn't drill into. I don't know if these always existed and I didn't notice or if Day 4 was made harder.
I did like how the recipies would repeat. I would often find myself going down in search of ingredients for pizza and by the time I got what I needed that order had gone away but another customer would often order it so it all worked out.
Thank you for sharing your game.
By way of criticism, I felt the digging element could have gone just a touch quicker to help it feel a bit more manic. Otherwise, great stuff!
