What a fantastic game! Who knew you could get so much atmosphere out of such a simple premise? I definitely recommend playing with headphones on. The soundscape reminds me of riding down a steep hill on a bicycle with the wind in my face. Great job!

Really nice game, very cool fractal-like mechanic, really feeling you are falling. I like how you quickly discover what to do. I like also that it is so simple to play. Nice Idea on the theme!
Very solid entry!

This is a perfect jam game. Does exactly what it is supposed to, simple and polished and super cool. The first time I was confused as to what to do, but after you lose the first time you get it. Then it just gets fun.

Mouse only was a good idea. This is very well done!

brilliant game. the way the title screen is incorporated into the game, *chefs kiss* sound design really enhances it. It was nice that you kept the sounds simple, it really matches the whole package. sense of speed is fantastic. The only criticism I can think of is that the game gets really difficult really fast between the 30 and 40k area. But I was able to come up with a strategy to improve a little from that point, which is what you want in a game obviously. really nice work.

Wow. It took me longer than I care to admit to figure out what was going on, but when I did I couldn't stop playing. Really neat and strangely atmospheric little arcade game.

I would love to see download to play offline if possible.

Awesome entry!

First game I've played this compo that really made me realize all the different ways the theme could have been taken and I've certainly played with this one the most. Really creative take, and the sound and visuals work so well together.

Best game I've seen yet in LD48!! Super original mechanic. Hoorah for true originality! :) I wonder how it can be improved? Perhaps the line qualities change over time? Or you can modulate the difficulty by directing the line over powerups? Really great stuff. Rating you super high!

Wooooah. Simple and original in the best way. Had a lot of fun just messing around with the different letters at the beginning and trying to develop a sort of strategy to survive. Was able to wrack up over 500k+ points after discovering a method lol. Very cool.

This is awesome. Super simple concept, but the presentation and specially the sound design, is top notch, this is a great example of a perfect jam game, "straight" to the point and unique. Congratulations!

I started this game without seeing the control instructions and very much afraid that something would go wrong. But I immediately figured out how to play and I absolutely love it! Very simple mechanics, but I have not seen this before and it was really interesting for me to play.

Nice to see the final product with the lose state in place! Still very cool. The audio adds a lot too, I like how it's kind of spooky 👀 Making the text itself the level is also a great touch. Simple but so good!

This is one of my favorites so far for sure. My mind is blown at the concept and the level of polish. The fact that the high score is reused as the "level" for the next game is so cool.

That's the kind of genius idea that let you spend 1h on gameplay and 20h on fun "pointless" effects. I'm jealous. Also the result is amazing.

Love the effects and sound design; it is such a trip diving deeper and deeper into a fractal. I can't imagine the technical breakdown of this game and it's truly innovative in my eyes. Great work!

It's so rare to play a game with a fundamentally unique mechanic. Such a cool idea, and the effects around are so effective at giving the impression of falling faster. The soundscape really adds a lot to the experience. I love the idea that these pieces of text have so much detail if you zoom in, like going into the roiling mass of the universe at the plank length or something. Dang cool game.

This game is so cool. It's one of the most creative entries by far. I love how pure it is. You click and you're diving into the "world" itself. It's really a fantastic idea.

Great work!

Damn, really great idea - don't think I've seen anything like it before. Very exciting to play too.

Here's my high score so far after a bunch of tries (I'm slowly getting better :P)

As a side note, I think instructions in the description would be a good idea - it took me a little while to figure out how to play.

Wow, this is absolutely amazing! The concept is "simple", and yet it quickly achieves to be intense without feeling repetitive. And on top of that the visual presentation and the audio are perfect. I love this impression of unity the game provides. It really is a incredible experience! And congratulation for the technical aspect. Finding the right trick for an infinite zoom can get quickly complex, the illusion is perfect here!
