Thank you!
I managed to get to the end, but only by holding space for the entire third section. I found releasing space sped you up again so quickly I lost track of how things were moving and nearly always died straight away.
The first two seconds thing seemed a bit of a hack. I did fly through bridges several times during that period. It would have been better to delay spawning of obstacles for a distance at the start. Perhaps just the bridges.
I appreciated the extremely overdone intro scene.
I dont feel like there is a point to the moving of the camera. When falling, the only direction i'm concerned with is down. Initially, i started with a hand on the mouse and one on the keyboard. I disregarded the mouse late and focussed both hands on the keyboard for more control of my movements.
27500 is a bit too deep. I would have prefered different levels of increasing deepness. For example LV 1 = 500m, LV2 = 1000m etc... This'll also give a sense of progression too.
After a first try that clipped me outside the hole and get the top score while just watching the giant grey cylinder passing by, I tried again and died. Then died again (poor me) and then got a lot further. The controls felt a bit junky at first (like too much sensitivity, maybe) but got used to it quickly.
Great entry for the jam.
Great job!
I think you did a good job with the controls, they were not easy to master, but that's exactly how the game should feel. I actually didn't find anything that looked unfinished, very nice game!
