Someone borrowed money from you; a lot of money. And after a terrible accident, they conveniently got sent to a specific hospital that is known for its unusual methods and low standards. Now you have a contract specifying that you will receive as much money back as possible for as long as your client is alive. Interact with the surroundings to make sure that they will be kept alive for as long as possible!

You can play it entirely using your mouse. When a new problem shows up, try to click on it to see if something happens; some problems require a more complex solution than others. The patient's death is inevitable, but as long as they're alive you will recover your payment, so keep their heart beating and your pockets filling!

Come see how much you would earn back if you fought for your debter’s life like there is no tomorrow! Every feedback is appreciated, and we hope you like the experience. Feel free to post your high score, maybe you’re the greatest loan shark who’s also a caretaker the world has ever seen!

Also, the dog can be mentally petted. No interaction doesn't mean no intention. Pet him on your mind!

This is game is funny. The circumstances and situations designed to murder your client are consistently unpredictable, and once the TV turned on, I knew this game was going to be a good one. The graphics are quite polished and nice, and the controls work well. The sound design works for enhancing gameplay and increasing tension (the heartbeat on the monitor increasing works very well).

Overall, very nice job!

Really enjoyed this one! Lots of different interactions and the pacing keeps up a nice challenge, even if the ramp up is a bit steep! The music is nice and smooth, contributing nicely to the style. Cartoony graphics, but seems to fit the mood very well. Great job!

This is hilarious! I love the impending meteor strike being kept at bay by a baseball bat. This is so fun!

Between this and 5 more minutes, I think these games have the best application of the theme. But this one has better graphics whereas that game has better audio. Thats my only critique really is that the audio design left something to be desired. My patient died to the hitman coming in when i thought he was the doctor. Is that how he thanks me after saving him from the meteor strike? Oh well!

Absolutely love wario ware-esque micro games. I thought the power game was a little awkward because of the tight collision box around the wheel.

This was good fun! Great humour and nice ideas for all the minigames.

The electric wheel was a bit hard to understand because everything else was click to start the game while this one was hold and drag (in a small hitbox). I also did not understand when the killer comes into the door compared to the doctor. Only had him once so couldn't find a pattern of how to avoid him.

Definitely a great implementation of the theme!

Game fits the theme, but has problems with performance even on the worst quality (at least I struggled with it). Also it was kinda hard to navigate through the map, died a lot, because I had no idea, how to fix problems.

This really made me feel like I wasn't going to be able to keep up at just the right moments.
Well done! :D

Great game, slight nitpick: make it so you can click the bird in the window while the meteor alarm is coming. It triggered the meteor minigame first, and by the time that's done, the bird is already at the bed.

I actually can't believe how much happens in this game. I really liked the juggling act of keeping the patient alive for as long as possible. Felt like a twisted version of WarioWare. Good game.

This was very fun, the small minigames and the very rapid escalation of them became quite tense. Great job with this entry!

One of the most fun ideas I've seen so far! The art seemed a bit inconsistent at times but overall congrats on doing so much in so little time!

This game is very fun, funny and addictive!
I really liked this game, it is well designed, the music matches the gameplay very well and the heartbeat sounds add tension to the game and the graphics are very nice.
I liked that the situations that try to assassinate the person are very unpredictable, which ends up not making the game repetitive and tiring.
Great game!

Oh man, the mafia breaking into the room and killing the guy caught me by surprise! Also, the minigames were fun! I love how the characters look like LEGO people. Man, there's a lot to enjoy with this one. Great job all around!

Not really my favorite setting, to admit. But as a game idea: well made! The different things to do, to interact. I liked how you would learn to remember to lookout for every clue to what is happening and then being able to react to it. This made me to be very concentrated and then i was very fast completely rushing to do all those stuff which you throw at the patient. :) Although i did not like the setting, i appreciate you for all your really crazy ideas. :) Defending the meteor shower is my favorite. :)

Very interesting concept. The general theme is quite grim but granting that the humor works on the player this can be pretty funny. Some ideas in the game were quite surprising - I would say outside of the box.

Love it, I wish there was a bit more of an indicator of the things that was causing the patient's health to decrease since sometimes it felt like there was no correlation between the health dropping and whatever was (or wasn't) happening.

Very clever take on the theme ! It goes craaazy really fast though, sometimes you don't know what to do to solve the minigames ! So many ways to die  very creative and clean execution, great job !

This is rather zany!

The minigames were all quite well designed: not long enough that they become boring, but also all intuitive enough that it was clear what to do within the few seconds available.

This game is fun and interesting, I really like how you got so many different things to happen from the environment. The setting with the loan shark stuff is pretty unusual too, and the characters looking like Lego people gave me a good laugh. My only issue will be the responsiveness of my clicks, is the game constantly switching between scenes when I rotate the view? Other than that this game is well thought out, the variety of minigames is amazing.
