Story:

It finally happened. The world has reached the point when the effects of climate change are irreversible, and its impending doom is fast approaching. Brilliant minds all over the world battle to save the planet, but what can you do? Footprints™ by HopeCorp is your ally in making better choices and having a positive impact to the environment.

Mechanics:

Each of the decisions you make in your daily life can affect your happiness, health, finances, and most importantly, your carbon footprint. The app will show you multiple options you must choose from. Try and make the best decisions for yourself and the planet at the same time!

Development:

This game was created by a team of two extremely busy game enthusiasts trying to juggle life, work, and studies, so apologies for the late entry! We realize that we’re joining very late, but we really wanted to take part in this year’s Ludum Dare, so we decided to push through. We also realize that because there are less than 24 hours till the end of the extra event, the feedback may not be as plentiful, so we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who chooses to give it a try!
