I'm being entirely serious when I say I had a lot of fun gliding like a beautiful bird and then PLONKing into sudden obstacles around the bend. Might just be me but the map (esp the blockiness) and the overall game design reminds me a lot of Terra Swoop Force. I also liked having multiple options of gliders!

This was awesome, it felt almost as good as my fav gliding game superflight. great job!

Wow, definitely the best game I've played in this jam so far.

The game feel is incredible, the game feel is insane with a nice skill ceiling, the physics are great, and I love how smooth the animations are.

I'm not very good at this, but I had fun. And tried and tried again. The controls felt very nice, the atmosphere and the the character model were fantastic.

It would have been very nice with some positive scoring too like flight time, max speed, distance. Especially with highscore or similar to push you into trying over and again. If you could see the shadow of your best flight to have something to chase would also have been epic.

Here's me playing the game, failing over and over  with some thoughts and comments along the way:

Thank you for recording your gameplay! It's always fun to see how people approach your game and react to the design choices.

You are not the only one who mistook the "lava" at the first cave for a clearing  We needed to add some lava texture to that, but had no time. Also, you were half right about Glider being the hardest  It's easier to understand how to control the glider, but it's very unforgiving to the collisions compared to other two, and it's also significantly harder to go through the last cave using the Glider.

Once again, thank you for such thorough feedback!

Takes a bit to get the hang of the controls, but I quite like the idea. The controls make sense, but it's kinda easy to get stuck, so the game would probably benefit from a game over screen once you get properly stuck.

Phew, that's intense! I'm terrible at it but it is really fun. I love the graphics and cave design and the audio really sells the sensation of speed.

Really impressive game! The game feel is really nice and the concept is super attractive, did quite a few attempts for the pure joy of playing, but unfortunately didn't find an ending with my skills. Great work!

I was drawn to your game because I made a similar game myself, and I'm so glad I got the chance to play it. Your glider physics were just perfectly executed and the tunnels was the perfect playground! Your level design was impeccable, I really love the last high speed bit. Your game was so much fun! It's my favourite game of the jam so far, I hope you win it!

Nice game, I like how it looks. Unfortunatly I'm not really good with the flying, needed some time to figure out how I could stay up in the air. I wish there was a reset button for when you hit the floor, because I couldn't figure out how to get up and had to restart the whole game.

Making a 3d game in a jam is hard, and this is one of the few times when I feel like it really worked out. The game looks gorgeous, the wind whooshing as you go faster really makes you _really_ feel the speed (In that regard it reminded me of an old game I used to play as a kid called Star Wars Episode I: Racer, which also communicated the speed in a great way). When you manage to speed up and not collide, you really feel like a super hero.

I think that this could become quite popular as a speed run game if you added some more maps and leaderboards, fantastic job!

I did not manage to beat the game, but I am going to give it another go later, that's how good the game is.

@simon-rahnasto just above recommended I try this one! We both grew up playing many racing games together, such as SW pod racing, this definitely scratched that itch! I had a lot of fun playing it, if you continue working on it, it would be great to have a multiplayer option with the possibility of interacting with the other player in the air. A kind of race to the bottom where you can do foul play

It's a game that tickles your imagination, you just start building a world around the character in your head based on the guy and the environment you find yourself in. The atmosphere is fantastic, swooshing in the caves felt fabulous.

Great job with this one

Super fun game, finally beat it! ![S9Fgj5U.jpeg](///raw/f9d/1/z/6c3ff.jpg) Haven't gotten a no hit run yet though, that sharp left turn at one point is really tricky!

The difficulty and length is just right, and fits the theme very well! At first I felt like checkpoints would be good, but the length of the level doesn't really need it, you get better the more you play :)

Although it'd be nice to have the player cast a shadow downwards, or emit light, to make it easier to see how close you are to the ground and walls.

Great job this time again!!

Update! I managed to do a 0 hit run with the glider, and recorded it here: https://youtu.be/qle8APZQSXo

This was really fun :) Would be great if there were more levels and maybe multiplayer where you could accidentally collide into your cavediver friends hehe

The game is quite fun once you grasp the controls, but it takes a while before that happens. Also nice that you managed to include 3 different classes. But I felt that the final stretch was a bit uninspired compared to the rest of the map

I really liked the texture you used, but I think the caves receive too much visual attention compared to the player. Making the model unlit or use brighter textures would have helped

In terms of audio, I really didn't like it. There's only a wind sound that's clipping. Random sound effects of crystals would have been nice to see
