It's very atmospheric and beautiful game. Unusual and cool creature design. The ambience is really audible as it loops and I would make requirements for upgrades a little smaller, it starts to get boring at some point. In any case, the amount of work done in 3 days is amazing, good job as always :D!

Peak gaming! Absolutely love it. As a fan of White Knuckle, I really hoped you'd add more little creatures here and there. And damn, your approach to creature design is brilliant. Animations are great intro and outro are done very professionally.

I find character control a little hard to manage, especially with the maximum upgraded jump. It throws you right at the ceiling with just a light press of the spacebar. I think adding some kind of charge jump, or making the height of the jump dependent on how long the spacebar is pressed, would make it easier to control. Also, the movement has some inertia, which I'm not sure about, but it makes movement a little harder.

I also thought that nets could be used to catch lamp creatures or bees, but I lost 10 nets trying to catch them. I'm not sure how to improve this aspect, or if this is a problem at all.

Get small bug at the end, when door of cabin move me a little, so I was outside.

@filgreen3 Hi! Thanks, I’m really glad you liked it. It’s great to see White Knuckle fans here, I really love that game and took a lot of inspiration from it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to polish the controls, so the jumps ended up a bit clunky. Yeah, it probably would’ve been much better if I had added something like a jetpack or mid-air jumps. Anyway, thank you very much for the feedback!

Great game! Took me a while to notice upgrades screen though...... After that it went great. Pet the goose. Finished in 20 minutes. Wanted to record but obs didn't get the video....

Looks great, sounds great (although I think ambient could benefit from being directional).

Very creative concept and excellent atmosphere and graphics. It would have been nice to be able to see how many nets/flares you have, and also to be able to steer a little bit more while in the air.

The game resembles Xen from half life. There's even a trailer ride. The graphics are similar to a "КЛЕТЬ". We plunged into the wonderful world of robotic insects and interesting gameplay. I enjoyed playing this game, a very high-quality game for game jam.

I loved it so much! Such a gloomy, but still somewhat cozy atmosphere. So much fun collecting different kinds of cleverly designed bugs and the addicting upgrade mechanics. And very nice 3D art-style with pixel-art textures! This is something I tried in my game as well, but I'm yet to learn to reproduce this design on such a cohesive level. Congrats on making such a cool and polished game!

If I had to nitpick, I'd say it needs a net and flare counter.
And maybe slightly enlarge the trigger to catch smaller or flying insects...
