Please let me know if you find any bugs so I can fix them! I'd be endlessly appreciative.

Known Issues
The game will not look right on anything smaller than a 1080p horizontal monitor. If your screen is smaller, zoom out the webpage (Ctrl -) until things look right. The game will not render right on mobile.
Cheats
If you're stuck on a particularly difficult level, you can skip it by opening your browser's Dev Tools (Ctrl Shift I) and running the following line of code in the console, and then reloading the page.
localStorage.setItem('current_plot', parseInt(localStorage.getItem('current_plot')) + 1)

Tips
Prioritize correctness over speed. Missing your quota doesn't impact your score as much as making mistakes.
You only need to mark down one mistake per product at the beginning, don't waste time finding them all.
Try to memorize the positions of the problems on the Product Specification, it will help you!
A message from Auri (me, it's me)
I streamed the entirety of this Ludum Dare and the previous one. For this one, it was over 30 hours of being live over a 48 hour period. It was draining, exhausting, but oh so much fun. I love making these competitions fun events, and it would mean a lot to me if you'd come say Hi next jam! I've put my social media below.
I still don't know how I managed to get so much done in such little time this Jam. Things just fell into place and I'm sort of in shock, but I'm really proud of how this game turned out. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks! :smile_cat:

Please keep in mind that this is a COMPO entry! All of the sound, audio, programming, etc was made solely by me in 48 hours. No pre-existing media was used other than the fonts. ✨
Post Deadline Changelog
- Fixed a few rendering bugs and typos.
- Fixed the end-of-level scoreboard not showing the number of processed packages.
- "Fixed" the fact that the second level had wayyy too many waves. The bug was my brain thinking people would be playing at my speed -.- I'm hoping this is okay since it's just to get players to the actual meat of the game little bit quicker.

And those Amazom quota timers are no joke
I agree that it felt really satisfying to learn the products over time, though I will say it did get a LOT easier once I realized that I only had to mark one incorrect aspect instead of all of them! Never really did figure out all the parts of the game cartridge, though - and maybe it was just my tired brain, but it took me a minute to realize you had to click on it to see the back.
Still though, really awesome game - fantastic work!!
Tutorial took a second because I kept selecting the Ears / Eyes when the head was missing. Also might make the fail / success messages longer, otherwise there isn't time to look across the screen and read them (and they're really quirky and fun). But other than nitpicky things, I have no complaints. I really enjoyed playing!

Anyway. I like your approach to the theme. I really enjoyed finding defects of these products, especially when I knew all their features so that I didn't even have to look at the template. Also the thrill of the limited time to do the task was an added value
The game plays really well and draws you in. Humor is nice and this interpretation of the theme is definitely unique. I also liked the art, and the sounds of the executive talking on the phone were a blast.
Superb job!
Freakin' Amazom - they promoted me and fired me. That was brilliant  My score after the final day:

The art is absolutely great (and makes it very clear what the differences are even though they're hard to notice at first glance when you're in a rush). And moreover, the time pressure really adds a forcing function to keep you on your toes the whole game.
I really enjoyed playing the game (and enjoyed stressing myself out mildly while trying to frantically sort out the returns). A game with a clear message, funny jokes, and fantastic gameplay - definitely recommend!
Game seems easy but really curves up, had a lot of fun playing it.
(My dear boss at Amozom, I gave my review, can I get my children back? -- Your favorite Intern #346787123)
Really impressive what you achieved here, congratulations!
Great sense of humor in this one!
(Amozom has reviewed your childcare resumption request, and has decided to withhold judgement until higher performance is noted on your employee record.)
Why do AAA games even exist, if there are people that can make games with such time-to-quality ratio?!
Huge props and respect. And, of course, thanks for this addicting experience
The color difference got me every time _(I’m color blind)_.
It felt a bit long… I didn’t managed to get to the end after 20 min of play, the game froze right at the Christmas day when checking the list :frowning2: so sad.
Btw good entry, I’m showing some respects for doing this in plain web.
I like the artwork a lot, it feels very soft and comfy. The phone ringing animation is particularly cute.
Clicking on the checklist felt a bit off? Like maybe the hitboxes for the text wasn't what I expected, idk. Found myself accidentally clicking on the wrong checklist item a few times.
Overall very solid!
Beyond fantastic job, now I demand you polish this up and charge $30 for it, get to work!
I was really hoping to see a final report that showed my performance for each day on a single card, but maybe it was because failed the very last day xD
